oh, here's another question: how to deal with stretch marks while doing weights? LOL. slather cocoa butter on? more water intake? get more toning/firming body treatments?
hi! ako rin may question.. I want to lose weight pero parang wala na yatang pag-asa huhu :( I'm 5' and weighs around 57kg. I tried after six diet and was able to lose 4kg, on the side I'm also doing pilates 4x a week. Since mejo nabobore na ako sa routine ko at ndi na ako naglolose, nagtry ako ng stationary bike, kaya lng I have been doing it for 4x a week for 20 mins for 3-4 weeks na pero parang alang effect. Ganun ba talaga un? Gusto ko sana maialis pa ung extra 7kg. Panu kaya?
