Driver's License - I Need Help!!!

Here's my problem:

I need to secure a Driver's License by next week (or just the receipt), but the thing is I just got my Student's Permit this morning. I was told that I could only apply for a license after a month. But I need the license or just the receipt baadly I can't wait that long!!!

Any advice? I tried inquiring from friends who have "connections" from the inside, but according to them since LTO is already computerized and therefore more systematic, they're now very strict with that particular procedure.

Any suggestions? Do you guyz know anyone who could help me? I badly need help!

and as for your friends, panget "connections" nila kung ganun. madali lang yan with just the right amount of money

Just need proof that I know how to drive... that's why a receipt is sufficient...

I think I'm old na... nag-quarterlife crisis na nga ako eh... heheh...

Is it possible for me to apply for a License even without a Student's Permit?

Do all of us here a favor and stay off the roads until you've a driver's license (obtained through legal channels of course)
