Customer Care Specialists
•Must have completed 3 years of college education or a 2 year vocational course.
•Must Possess excellent oral and written English and communication skills.
•Must be proficient in the use of computers and various applications
•Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and schedule-shifting environment

Team Leaders
•Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a call center specifically for voice or email/chat support.
•Should possess the ability to handle a team and lead others effectively towards individual and team goals.

Operations Manager
•Should have at least 6 years of work experience in the related field, preferably in a call center.
•Knowledgeable in account management and client coordination.
•Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager level.

System Administrator
•3 to 7 years experience in systems/database administration and technical support.
•Should be a certified Microsoft/LINUX system administrator (at least one above the lowest certification) or should have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in systems and database administration.

IT Project Manager
•Seasoned IT professional with a full understanding of IT industry practices.
•Must have at least 6 years of work experience, with exposure to project management in the IT Services or the IT Enabled Services Industry.
•Should have a sound understanding of Applications, LAN, WAN, Telecom & Voice platforms and must possess an appreciation of interplay between these on applications systems.
•Preferably Assistant Managers/Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Voice Network Specialist
•3 to 7 years experience in Voice Network platforms (PBX, CTI, IVR, etc.) and Telecom/Technical support.
•Should be a certified CISCO/Avaya/Nortel network/voice engineer (at least one above the lowest certification) or should have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in voice networking platforms.

Workforce Specialist
•Must have 2 years work experience in a call center.
•Workforce Leader candidates must have a proven track record in team handling.
•Should be familiar with various workforce planning methods and schedule forecasting.
•Should be familiar with different tools used in workforce management.
•Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Quality Specialists
•Must be highly proficient in MS Excel reporting and adept in other PC skills
•Must be familiar with Quality concepts,
•Must have background on conducting transactional monitoring and coaching to CSR's and in conducting support documentation and training as needed by the account
•Should have qualities of openness in working with multiple cultures and willingness to work on a shifting schedule to support US, EMEA and Asia time zones

Quality Process Improvement and Six Sigma Manager
•Should have at least 6 years experience in business process improvement and the Six Sigma methodology.
•Must have a Blackbelt Certification in Six Sigma.
•Must have experience in leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects, preferably in a Call Center environment.
•Must have experience in conducting Six Sigma Training.
•Must be able to successfully manage multiple Six Sigma projects simultaneously.

Manager - Events
•Should have at least 6 years experience working in an events environment.
•Knowledge of total marketing mix including program management, marketing communications, events marketing and logistics is required.
•Must have good project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
•Must have good oral and written communication skills.
•Must be willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila.

Manager - Employer of Choice Branding
•Should have at least 6 years experience in Program Development and/or Public Relations.
•Must have good project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
•Must have good oral and written communication skills.
•Must be willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila.

Voice and Accent Trainer
•Must have at least 1 year work experience, 6 months of which should be in call center operations, teaching or broadcasting.
•Must be familiar with linguistics and can facilitate grammar and speech classes.
•Must have excellent English communication skills.

    Will there be any conflicts if a ccs employee of ibm-daksh makati applies for the same ccs position at ibm-libis call center? What are the requirements and provisions? I hope that ibm-daksh hr will somehow contemplate on that matter since there are some ibm-daksh employees who lives far north. Like me... Anyways, I'm just thinking of personal safety since going to makati during the early mornings of the day is such a burden. During those hours (1am-4am), there's no mrt,jeep and bus bound to ayala ave pbcom bldg. :mecry:
