    In cases where there are existing forums that are more appropriate for the topic, please post them there. Cars, videogames, as well as anime and manga are hobbies in their own right but those topics belong in their respective forums.

    Since your topic revolves around muscle development perce and diet, I think it belongs here in What's Up Doc as the others suggest. Your title alone is already medical or at the very least biological in nature so to this forum it must go.

    As for weight lifting or power lifting or bodybuilding or whatever other "ing" there is to it... if the discussion is more about the activity rather than the medical/biological (i.e. diet, injury treatment/prevention, etc.) then perhaps it belongs in Hobbies & Rec... it's a fine line so don't worry about it if you get it wrong at first.
