You're right but LACKING though... 400 calls a day, yes, but i know their AHT is like 30-35 seconds? In other call centers, depending on their account, you stay in a call anywhere between 3 minutes to 3 hours (with matching irate callers pa most times).

10% night diff is definitely not the highest in the industry...but if your wise, you try to look at the COMPLETE picture. I believe Infonxx has other schemes that would actually give one a higher earning potential than many call centers...like in the form of performance cash incentives and benefits that can be converted to cash as well.

Ultimately, it depends on what motivates a person or what makes him happy, on what his/her priorities are...is it really all about the money?

No, it's not all about money. I never said it was. If you're happy saying "City and State please" over 400 times a day and earning 10% night diff compared to 20 or even 30 in other contact centers that also have other schemes that would give one a higher earning potential, then be my guest.

Open hiring pa ba Infonxx sa Sta Rosa Laguna. It seems like na mahirap makapasok dito because of the high standard.

I've been out of work for almost 4 months alreadys o Im lacking confidence to look for another job but what makes me think to apply here is the location coz Im currently residing here in Sta Rosa so it will be benificial for me if ever I make it to this company.

Madali lang ba exams dito at saka kailangan ba pure english accent

For those who applied , passed the written exam but didn't get a final interview schedule...what are the chances of getting the job in case he decides to reapply? What could have been the reason for not passing despite passing the written exam with high score and having good english accent? Pls enlighten, tnx.

Passing the exams, having good english accent and being conversant in the english language are some of the basic qualities that we are looking for in an applicant. Aside from these though, we are also particular with the motivation fit and culture fit of the applicant. I won't go into details on how we determine the fit of an applicant but rest assured that these are all determined during the recruitment process and our decisions are based solely on how the applicant performs during the recruitment process.

Hi Galchi, culture fit pertains to the fit of an applicant with our company. We ensure that the applicant will not have problems adjusting to the schedules, the people, the environment and the responsibilities that he/she will be exposed to once hired.
