ICT bond?

Is anyone from ICT?I would like to apply for CSR but I'm really clueless because its my first time to apply for a call center. I just want to know if they would ask me to sign for a bond if I get hired? If so, for how long?

    i've worked for ict but i resigned last week because of the pressure of the account. Nathan Shapiro, i think he's the VP for operations told us that there is no bond with ict. We had one on one conversation with him that we are able to raise our management issues. this is one of the issues that he clarified, so go girl, ict does not have a bond *okay*
