If you live in the Para?aque area, there's a branch of Budget rent-a-car along the West Service Road. Should be between Marcelo Green Village and the Bicutan SLEX interchange.

I'm not sure on the rates, but Budget Rent-a-Car is close to where I live---it's along the West Service Road, a few minutes after the Bicutan exit on the southbound SLEX.
