Sa US hindi na po. They just need your credit card info.

Sa US after mong isoli yung kotse at saka lang made-debit yung credit card mo. Ofcourse kailangan mo munang pumirma sa sales reciept.

Sa US kasi basta may insurance ka, covered na yung kotse kahit rental lang. Kailangan mo nga lang i-specify lahat ng gagamit nung rental car dun sa contract.

They got insurance plus they got your credit card info. Mahirap yan since felony case yan kaya walang gumagawa.
