I've never worked at Pfizer, but I used to handle a LOT of clients there.

Okay yung mga people... parang mga taga-Glaxo lang din. Fun, kalog, considerate. And maraming magaganda in both the consumer and pharmaceutical divisons.

My cousin works for Pfizer and he's been there for years already. From what I know, the medical benifits are REALLY good (up to 100K/year ata...well, he is an executive or manager, I'm not sure) and it is extended to his wife and son. As for the culture, I have no idea, but knowing my cousin, he wouldn't stay in a company long if he didn't like the culture :)

Basta malaki ang suweldo. Lalo na 'pag na-promote ka na. Mas malaki pa kesa Glaxo or Janssen.

and when it's competitive, you mean? medyo magulo kasi meaning competitive, open to different interpretations.
  • tisatisa Member PExer
they have their own IT department. competitive meaning within its industry, above the median sya, generally. and, from what i know, pharmaceutical companies give better compensation and benefits versus other industries. good medical benefits! ewan ko lang about the viagra thing na post ni xx-jason-xx
  • san office ng Pfizer?...i am working in an I.T. company??...may be you can help me....

They occupy the 21st-32nd floors of the Ayala Life-FGU Center along Ayala Avenue. It's the copper-colored building beside the GT Tower.

    21/F- marketing/consumer
    22/F- sales/purchasing/medical
    23/F- reception
    24/F- marketing/pharmaceutical/country mgr's office
    32/F- marketing/pharmaceutical

    I hope I remembered correctly.

I'll ask the product manager or the marketing officer about this.

i've read somewhere that pfizer is among the top ten employers here in Pinas.

If I remember correct, Pfizer won PMAP's Employer of the Year award in 2004. Their tarp banners are everywhere in their office that year.

a friend who used to work for pfizer as a medrep resigned after 1.5 years. she says the benefits are competitive and pay increase is every 6 months (depending on your performance, of course). as a medrep, she was entitled to a car, fleet card, medical, food benefits. ok naman but she has to leave kasi for USA.

puro med rep lang ba ang opening sa mga pharma companies?
  • hirap apply dito...very specific ata sa course

who works here for unilab or pfizer? okay ba ang work, salary, and benefits?
sabi nila na mga pharma companies are very generous daw when it comes to the welfare of their employees, totoo ba?

free medicines, ok ang health care plan nila (kasama spouse mo sa plan). depende sa trabaho mo dun (unilab) kung ano ang benefits mo. if you'll be an accountant, you get to travel around the country (and possibly around SE Asia) where their affiliates are located.
