  • some corrections...

i mean May mga gumawa na ba nito sa Convergys, Sykes, People Support, E telecare at Amberis, Teleperformance and many more?....
  • Depende sa laki ng bond, pag P100k pataas yung bond baka habulin ka pero anything below that I doubt..... Just dont expect getting any backpay nor get a clearance.
  • kse ko may kilala ako 3 sila hehehe hindi na hinabol ung mga mokong ng Malaking Call center dito... actually 20 thou bond bawat isa...

i think panako lng nila ung e :-)

meron din ako kilala galing etel nag awol they kept sending letters that he should report back to work. but he didn't wanna go back now he's working for another call center I was asking if the call center that he was working right know wasn't asking for Certificate of Employment.
  • Problema nga lang yan if your next employer wants a certificate.... If nagkataon na di call center yung next work mo like perhaps banking mas stricto sila dito as compared to call centers who just get as many people as possible due to demand.
  • sorry for my ignorance, meron palang ganito? para bang performance bond?
  • No its more like a training bond rather than performance bond. Kasi call centers pay a lot for tarining and they want you to deliver back. Now kung after training you just resigned just like that without the company benefiting from it, kaya the bond is in there to protect them...
  • for me i think more on panakot and security...
  • its not panakot, but centers are not really consistent sa paghahabol coz consider how many employees they have & how many HR staff

i don't think na panakot lang 'to. that's actually at the expense na of the person who chose to leave without paying the bond that s/he initially agreed to when s/he accepted the job with the company. hindi sya mabibigyan ng clearance and, yes, back pay.. :) ika nga, don't bite the hands that feed you...o kaya naman, don't burn bridges. bumabalik din ang karma. *okay*

    bond = dignity.

you've promised to stay with the company during the time you signed the contract. meron hindi naghahabol, pero madalas, olats. sweldo mo nga hindi nila maayos ng mabuti, hahabulin ka pa nila. magtatago muna sila sa mga naghahabol na agents. hahaha. *peace*
  • Paano yan?

In another thread, they're offering part-time na... so may bond pa rin yun?

And another thing, if you're terminated/retrenched for some reason on the part of the employer, maniningil pa rin sila ng bond?

  • Basta kung if the company is the one who decides you will no longer be in their employment the bond is no longer in effect, unless the termination is because you did something wrong enough for you to get fired.
  • HSBC nalang kayo, walang bond, even when they send people to abroad for training walang bond...i think mas ok yung mga companies na walang bond..just goes to show they are confident that they treat their employees very well at the risk of loosing them if they don't do so.

I worked with a company who sent me to the US, signed a training bond but when we came back, sobrang pahirap sa amin...unfair na yung workload and abuso na sa mga agents, pero di ka makapagreklamo kasi magbabayad ka ng 300K! Buti nalang wala na ako dun!
  • Teleperformance has a 30k training bond and a year of non-compete clause but i have wavemates who left just after the training pero di naman hinabol. yun nga lang, you can't get your backpay and COE.
  • ei... yung account ko may training bond kami pero di naka-specify how much... ngayon yung isang batch mate ko nag-awol, pinadalan lang sya ng mga letters tapos tinerminate sya... wala namang pinabayaran...actually marami sa batch ko nag-awol e pero sya lang yung close ko kaya may balita... question lang po... gusto nya kasi ulit mag-apply sa ibang call center tapos di na lang daw niya dedeclare yung experience niya kasi sandali lang naman sya dun... wala pa 4 months... ngayon, ask niya if she has to get a new SSS # para daw di ma-trace yung previous employment niya kasi first job niya yun e. bale papalabasin niya never pa sya nagkawork... pwede ba yun? sabi ko sa kanya kasi just use her old SSS# kasi pag nagapply siya ng bago edi parang 2 identity niya tpos baka illegal pa yung gagawin niya... tsaka sa hiring process naman diba hindi pa kinukuha yung SSS#? nabubusisi ba yung employment record mo kahit na di mo ideclare na may call center experience ka?? grabe ako nga gustong gusto ko ng mag-resign e yung bond ko matatapos pa this november... nakakapagod din kasi... hay! help po ano aadvise ko sa kanya kasi she needs money e call center lang naman mabilis ang hiring... thanks!
  • actually ive talk to my sup e... xia pa nag sabi na wala naman talga ung bond na yan.. and if ur really really smart and i u hav a great opportunities outside ur company maybe u shud get out and grab it dba?...
