gusto ko pong malaman kung paano lumiit o matrim ang puson ko.
this is my big problem since college, hindi naman ako mataba pero medyo may tiyan ako is it namamana o kulang lang sa exercise (my father has a big tummy even my grandfather (his father) but they don't drink liquor especially beer that causes the abs to get big.)
i am working and i don't have time to exercise so could you please give me advice on how to trim my abs while working co'z i used to seat for eight hours everyday at work. and i just want to know what causes the abs to be bulky

Remember, though, when doing exercises, don't tug hard at your head. Always keep your head and neck at a neutral position.
"Bulky" abdomen is caused by poor muscle tone and excess skin.

i have the same problem. proportionally, women in my family have tiny waists. which just highlights our huge "pusons".
here's a tip i got from my old trainer when doing crunches: pretend daw that you want to touch the ceiling with your chin and use your hands at the back of your head for support only, not to push your head up for the crunch. this way, you'll really isolate your abs and make your crunches more effective.0
