what's the difference between colorless urine, and yellow urine??

    Dark yellow urine only means that the urine is more concentrated. Most probably, that person should drink more fluids, or go to the bathroom earlier instead of trying to hold it in. Very occassionally, it may signify a kidney problem, or intake of medications.

    Light or "colorless" urine (depending on how light it is) means your fluid intake is adequate or more than adequate. If light-colored urine is associated with excess urine output, it may signify a metabolic problem, a cardiovascular problem, and low protein levels.
