It's too early to tell if Mapua and Benilde can muster enough wins in order to join the final four. I for one doubt the strength of the Blazers since they defeated JRU without Te and Coyukang.
too early to tell...mahirap mgpredict based on the first games...san beda lost to the defending champs, it doesnt necessarily follow that they are a weak team....benilde blew out the bombers, it doesn't necessarily follow that they are a strong team...let's wait till the second round, then we can have some predictions as to who will probably be in the final four.....

SSC-R - underrated if not overrated.. that's San Sebastian.. they have become unpredictable.. i don't know what t expect from this team.. they almost won against PCU this afternoon.. overcoming 22-point deficit in just 10 minutes.. they just knw how to win.. but not this time, mate.. bitin lang..
SBC - after their NOT-SO-GOOD performance in PBL.. there is no way but up.. Tougher challenge cming up, as they face Letran next week.. medyo malas lang sa sched..

in a 14 game regular season, making it to the final 4 with an 0-4 start is very possible but if your 4 games behind with 4 teams on top with no loss the probability is less...
NCAA trivia: since the FINAL 4 was introduce in the NCAA, no team with a 0-4 start made it to the elite 4.
