Milliardo wrote:Thing is, if you're bored or unhappy with your job, you should just quit. But life sucks, since you do have a bond. You could entertain yourself at work then--people at West seems to be an expert at that, hehe! (Just joking--or is that true?)
nyahhaha!!! apno yun? ano ginagawa para maaliw? nyahahaha!!!0 -
try looking over the contract again and see if theres a way out. do u have a lawyer frend? he can be very helpful to you right now
and besides, ive never heard of anybody getting sued (sorry i dont know the spelling) because of a bond.... a company will not waste money running after
A csr....<hint, hint> hehe.0 -
jeez man, after all the previous queries about leaving, you're still at it? well, if you haven't got the balls to quit, then just grin and bear it!

nwei, tinatapos ko na lang ang 4months and i would be moving back to my previous career kahit na mas maliit sweldo..
just an advice.....0 -
aleczander RESIGNATION LANG ANG KATAPAT NYAN. Bond?! Screw that *****. Don't come back. Go on AWOL. Tutal naman, walang namang kwenta kung isusulat mo sa resume mo yung so-called "work experience" mo as a call center rep (esp. kung galing ka sa West and unless na lang na you plan to work in other call center ulit).
Look for a real job... the one that you'll really love. Me? The first time I felt the urge to leave, I did not think twice. Umalis na agad ako. Hindi naging madali ang paghahanap at paglipat, pero it was all worth it. My work now is WAY MUCH HARDER kesa sa trabahong CC but just the mere thought na nagwowork na ako outside the CC industry eh gumagaan na pakiramdam ko. Pramis.0 -
guys thanks a lot, i know ang hirap maghanap ng work ngayun and im near broke na pero... reading the thread keeps me inspired... thanks talaga!0

aleczander-
i went through the same situation.
As in bago ako matulog, i hear those queues coming, and the customers' voices, shucks! para akong nabubuwang sa bahay. I just decided to continue and enjoy our sweldo which is okay naman. But the big compensation, sad to say, does not "compensate" to the dread i feel pag pumapasok. parang ayokong mag auto in at mag pretend na lang na naka- acw ako. hehehe... or worse, kunyari nag- hang ung voip ko o may sira ung headset.. hehehe...
pero eto ako, after 8 mos of challenge and stress and experience, i had no regrets, the job you deserve will come along and you'll be happy. You just have to decide and be free!
i salute my former co-csr's and my tl! hats off to the cc agents!! bilib ako sa inyo!!!0 -

RIGOR:
in my case, mixture of customer service and tech support. it's a consumer electronics company, so it covers prod info, troubleshooting, orders, refunds, post sales/presales, may chat email, i was also a part of the status desk, sub group ng escalations team. gumagawa din ako ng EOD for Ops.
RIGOR and ALECZ:
maganda din kasi na you have a motivating support team/management. at remember na at the end of the day,at least you were able to help people. kasi if you develop this attitude sa mga customers na they're bobo or brat, baka isa ka na rin sa mga racist na pinoy. tyaga lang muna, di talaga pang lahat ng tao ang ganitong career. tyga lang muna, AJA!0 -
^^ uu nmn no.... minsan nga yung opening spiel mo if your tech support na iaaply mo s pagsagot ng phone s bhay eh.... ako nmn when i was doing technical support eh napanaginipan kong nagtratrabaho p rin ako... as in, pati sa pagtulog eh nagtrotroubleshoot ako... and then i called it quits as soon as i found an opening for lesser income but personally fullfilling....
hi to all cc peeps.....
i miss taking calls.... echos....*peace*0
