Pag tinawag kang tsong, does it means friends lang?

I have this guy friend who I must admit, I am slowly falling for. The thing is he calls me "tsong", in that case do you think he only sees me as a friend. Although, there are other gal friends of his yong din tawag niya. This guy have other gal friends pero di naman niya tinatawag na "tsong". what's the deal with that? hanggang kaibigan lang ba tingin niy sa 'ken.

hanggang ngayon, ang tawag ng bayaw ko sa ate ko ay "pre". minsan nga pag magkakasama kami, ako ang napapalingon eh. pero ang ate ko syempre tawag nya dun sa bayaw ko ay hon. hehehe

nagsimula kasi sila bilang magkabarkada. nakasanayan na lang siguro.

it could also be that the person calling u "chong" is giving U an unspoken statement that U're just a friend to her/him..
