I actually passed their qualifying tests and I found that out becuase the HR boss emailed me. When I replied and asked what was the next step, he didn't follow up. So I decided to forget about them.
Hello, Folks! I just got hired today & the offer was above industry standard. The Health benefits are also excellent! I'm starting my training on monday. Though the selection process was quite lengthy-approx 2months (i believe it's usual for the majority of call centers to take this much time), it was well worth waiting for. I'm not even put in a starting position, great! I'll return the good deeds by doing my job the best I can.
For those who'd like to give it a shot, Nucomm International is at:
4/F Ortigas Building, Ortigas Ave. cor. Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City

pretty_RoSaLeS, yes they do. They don't discriminate & I've proven that in terms of education as long as you can prove that you can do the job well. It's the first canadian call center in the country & their management style's excellent!
Gus2005, it's near Meralco Theatre at Emerald Ave. It's also beside McDo.
nutrilicious, I'm sorry i don't know the email address but you can try checking the website at www.nucomm.net or calling 638-6922.
Hope these are of help to you. Keep up the good work!

are they just doing outbound or inbound din?... thanx!!
Heads-up guys. NuComm doesn't accept undergrads for their CSR position.
Just so you know.
tama ba namang interview-hin pa ang friend ko at pag-take pa ng exam and in the end they'd tell her they dont accept undergrads. dont they read applicants resumes? waste of time.
^ Yah it IS a waste of time! In my case sinabi pa nga na "you performed above average in the exam" tas yun din ang sasabihin na they don't accept undergrads.
Pero me kakilala akong undergrad na dun nagwowork as CSR. Hmmm...
