i'm wondering meron ba para we could watch out what we it? like kunyari 1 serving of nilagang baka or mangga with bagoong...etc?

    Nilagang baka might be rich in bad cholesterol and the bagoong might be too salty. Eat in moderation!

    One serving of nilagang baka complemented with mangga and bagoong once in a while is okay.

    You can use a handbook called Food Exchange List for Meal Planning (a publication by the Food & Nutrition Research Inst) for estimation of carbs, protein & fat values in your diet.
    Try mo sa National Bookstore (sa textbooks) baka meron sila.

    ako.. i really searched sa internet.. for example i want to know kung ilang calories meron ang apple then i would type sa google apple calories.. ang tiyaga noh.. now i have my own list at home.
