When will the 3-year registration scheme of the LTO start? That's the scheme where one pays 3 years of registration fees but register only once every 3 years.

yes krakista, start na ung 3 year reg scheme. un ay sa mga new registration lang. new registration ng mga bagong vehicle (first registration po). pero sa renewal ndi, gaya pa rin ng dati annual lang ang babayaran mong MVUC.

gano ka na katagal na fixer sa LTO? kala ko wala ng ganyan ngaun....

BTW, ndi po ako fixer, my mom is working @ LTO binan laguna. we accept transaction outside the LTO, at broker ako ng tatlong insurance company, and LTO assistance and service namin kapag nagpacover ang client ng TPL or comprehensive ins.

i have a 1994 toyota hi-ace na nabura na ang chassis no due to rust. how do i go about it

Hi there!. basic questions po:

(1) kelan ba start registration. is it true na pag ending plate# 2 dapat february?

(2) what are the required documents/ requirements to submit? especially if the car is registered to the previous owner.

Usually pre kapg ganyan e, non appearance na. nagpapadulas nalang kami sa inspector...
other option ay nagpapagawa kami ng panibagong chassis no#... ung bang bakal ng inuukitan through machine... then iwewelding nalng sa chassis...

yah right kapg ending ng plate n0# is 2, feb ang sched ng registration mo. significant din ung middle no# ng plate sa pagtingin ng sched.

if the last digit is 1, january po sched...... and so on, kapg namn 0 ang ending ay Oct naman. nov and dec ang walng ng sched pero penalty na ung mag papareg. penalty is 50% of MVUC.

kapag naman sa middle no# ay:

1,2,3... first week of the month.... first day to seventh day.
4,5,6.... second week 8th day to 14th day.....
7,8.... third week...
9,0.... last week.

example. Plate# is ABC690.... last week of oct ang sched nya....

oh no! march 1 na. holiday kasi nun friday tapos coding nun monday. huhulihin na ba ko? ano pwede mangyari pag nahuli ko. can you give tips on how to register it quickly lalo na this week.

bakit yng car namin _63 ang plate # pero expiration ng registration namin is march 22...so that will be on the 3rd week pa diba? or dapat before the 3rd week mapa-register na namin?

Di naman yata sila nanghuhuli just for that. Problema lang is if you get stopped for some other violation then they see that you haven't registered yet. I don't know what would happen then.

dami nila ngaun... nagkalat... kailangan kc kumita ngayon ng gobyerno.
hehehehe. ano pwede mangyari kung mahuhuli ka? heheh. syempre kung busog ang buhaya eh, kukunin license mo at iisuehan ka ng TOP. den tutubusin mo yung huli mo bago ka makapgparegister. Mag aappear kasi sa computer kapg my violation ka. nakaencode agad yun sa pc on the nxt day.

50% na pre penalty mo.

basta dumaan ka nalng sa proseso para makatipid ka at di ko rin masasabi kung mabilis ang pagreregister kasi depende sa yun sa mga agency ng LTO, depende rin sa araw. Usually sa LTO Binan, laguna. kapg lastday ng week or ng month, sobrang dami.

nahuli kayo? baka my violation kayo? kung sa expiry ng reg ay di pa kayo dapat huhulihin.. ano nangyari? kinuha ba license nyo? dapat magcontest kayo sa LTO qc or sa PNCC kung sa highway kyo nahuli...

Finally na register ko na rin. May 50% penalty. Super tagal ng process. Naka register kasi sa old owner. I want it to be registered under my name. Punta ka pa ng insurance, PNP, and other agencies na di ko alam kung ano purpose. Tapos I have to go to LTO Muntinlupa dahil andun yung old records bago ma transfer. They're asking for so many documents buti na lang dinala ko buong file cabinet ko. The waiting time is so long dapat pala nagpalipas na lang ko oras sa Enchanted Kingdom! Took me 12 hours. Left the house sa QC 8am and arrived back home 8pm. 6:30pm na inabot sa kin LTO yun OR, CR, at stickers.

actually, mga TMG nanghuhuli ng mga hindi registered na kotse. I got pulled over once because the TMG guy noticed that my plate number didn't have the "03" sticker.

Usually they confiscate your license. Pero nagamitan ko naman ng magic cellphone

Ang hirap talaga mag-transfer ng ownership. I think many of these controls were put in place to make sure that you are not registering a stolen car. Maganada ang intention pero nga sana it's more efficient.

im about to register my car this march.. 513 yung plate number ko.. so that means 1st week of march right? what if sa march 11 ko pa iparegister or sa march 14 may penalty na ba yun?

lastly, i got my car via car loan so therefore mortgaged sha sa bank.. fully paid na sha nung feb 2004 pa.. we were advised that we should go pa to register of deeds sa may east avenue for the title daw??? chaka sa lto manila east for the orig copy of the cr..

saan banda ba yung register of deeds? chaka saan kame pupunta? lastly saan din po yung lto manila east? thanks!

Hi! penalty ka ng 200 kapag di ka nakapgparenew with in first week. after ng march your penalty would be 50% of you MVUC.
Yah, you have to go fist to RD kung nakamortgage pa car mo. If you noticed your CR... nakalagay dun sa itaas ay CRE NO. XXXXXXX, meaning your car is encumbered pa. kaya dapat marelese ang mortgage mo.
Pagpunta ka sa RD dapat dala mo yung release of mortgage para tatatakan nila at magbabayad ng certain amount, i think babayran mo ay 400 to 800 pesos, depende sa value ng car mo... den kapag ok na sa RD. punta ka na manila east? manila east nga ba yung LTO agency na nakalagay sa itaas ng CR mo...?

then, kapag napa inspect mo na documents mo, mga less than 300 lang ata ng receipt... iissuehan ka na nila ng computerized CR. at wala na ung encumbered....
yung Register of deeds depende kung saan nakaaddress yung sa release of mortgage... check mo nalng sa mortgage mo....
