CLIENTLOGIC is crap
after hiring 300 agents for SONY they will send half of them to MCI or Dell
why? Sony will pull out the account????

just another question why do transferred agents need to pass the interview before being transferred to a different account? Even if you have good stats and performance and your already a regular in this LIKE NO OTHER ACCOUNT.

ano b talaga gusto nyo gawin sa mga agents,di na nga pinapasweldo ng maayos tapos wala pang kasiguruhan sa trabaho....

  • after transferring agents to different account
    and asking remaining agents to go on restday (-as a deduction to salary next cut off) service level droped to 54 and call waiting goes up to 10!!!!!

    this is just clear evidence that management is just thinking of nothing or should I say they are not thinking at all....

    whats happening.....

    maybe the management is expecting tsunami of resignation letters, well, they will get it....
  • hi, i used to work for the same account jan po sa clientlogic. im just sad that all these things are happening. yeah i understand na its bad for a call center to have too many idle time kasi bad for the business dapat din not too many call waits actually mejo napansin ko un kasi i came from another call center and my team leader used to explain all these metrics to us. its sad that this is happening to sony. hirap na nga sa certification then ganito pa mangyayari. some of my friends are also there and are very worried of what might happen to them. they need jobs unlike me pwede pasaway sa buhay.
    bad trip ren ako nun sa mga promises nila na nde naman natuutpad... i dont need to reiterate those things pero sana nde na lang nila isinama sa incentives ni sal. hehe
    no harm meant to sal mahirap rin sa lagay nya kasi sya nasasabon all the way from the us pa di ba. sana ayusin ng workforce saka ng operatiosn designation ng agents para nde masyado madaming avail saka nde masyado marami call waits.

    i used to work there and also belonged to a sony campaign wave ?. hindi ko na inabot yung ginagawa nila ngayon. i left early after just 4 months. i sensed kasi something is wrong and i resigned when sony there was still making ends meet. ngayon ko lang nabasa at nakita itong gagawin nila kaya medyo nasabi ko sa sarili ko na buti na lang wala na ako dyan. even when i was there it was already crappy, not enough training, congested workspaces. tapos isasalang ka na. para tuloy kaming bata na inihagis sa dagat at pinabayaang matutong lumangoy na mag isa.

    it's just constructive criticism then again im speaking my mind here.

  • i heard the sony account of clientlogic was transfered to C3/soca (customer contact center/source one communication asia) because of the "scandals" that transpired in the sony account while they were still with clientlogic and the performace of both call centers. can you confirm this?

    afaik, the c3 sony account does not handle vaio computers. CL lang ang may hawak nun. sony is no really pulling out daw according to a friend of mine who is still in CL and in sony. kumonti lang daw talaga yung calls. tapos yung sony buffalo i di disolve na daw and yung mga L2 calls daw sa manila na rin pupunta (escalation at ffr, sounds good to me). yung mga ibang agents daw nilipat sa ibang account pero baka ibalik din daw sa sony by march.

  • ampootah! naman ang tagal ko na nga dyan natapon pa akoh sa dell walang kwenta!!! yun ibang kaibigan ko nga nasa mci anung gagawin nila dun yung isa nga core ng team tinanggal nila ang galing nun naging csr bobo talaga yung management yung magagaling tinanggal nila dahil inconsistent sa numbers kunoh sabi nung intsik dyan pag hiningan mo ng figures walang maibigay lolz! inconsistent management kamo!!! nung si vince lang yung om masaya kami ng pumasok na yung mga epal na yan nga-kaletse-letse nah! paker! nah! bobo pa tapos yung bagong OM tanung ng tanung nag-fifishing ng mga feedback sa mga taunhan naghahanap ng butas anu ba alam nyan!? di ko nga alam pano na-promote sana si rex buenafe naging om halip sya me alam pa yun o kahit si johny boi na lang pakers! talaga yung management dyan em intsik walang kungdi abacus! hindi nga nakakapag usap sa mga tauhan nya! nagmo-mok-mok sa kanto nagtatago pero wag ka silent bat deadly "utot!" ang sinibak na coach bunti nalng mag-reresign gud luck na lng mga kupz! sana palarin layo sa mga mal-"practice" nyo!!!!

  • *Got a hold of myself*...Now, lets put sensible talk in here. Let us not be biased in this issue guys. The point is, yes, we feel bad about it. Some of our well loved comrades got transfrerred to another account, and this is *maybe* because of low performance (i.e. CSAT, metrics, QA ratings). If you think (I did too) some of these people did not deserve what happened to them, we can't do anything about it. Here's the point. If they're good I'm very very sure they will make it to the top of their new account with graceful ease. So, no need to worry about them ok? "dala nila sarili nila...". Management did explain to us all of these. Basically, it's not the management's fault (in the Manila side ayt?) but it was Sony's fault. Basically, they took in wave 6, wave 7 because Sony promised more calls for Manila since another call center (located in the far side of the globe) will be closed down. But now, alas, Manila did not receive the volume they expected. So now with a lotta agents, idle time soared to an all time high. The heck one time after my 2nd break, no calls till he end of the shift. So, it's bad business. They did all of these so that Manila will still be in business, and now it's still alive and kicking (a per latest reports, Manila has a higher chance this time to enter the SuperBowl, i hope Manila L2 will come as expected yahoo!!). Kudos to the management for that (sorry guys, if u knw what i mean). Yes, they did have their shortcomings, but they did the best out of a bad situation. So lets not blame CL, Sony Manila mgmt, but blame it on Sony itself for not fulfilling the promises they gave. Now to you guys there still working in this account, do your best, I hope the storm is over. It may be unfair for us all, but let's have an open mind for this. The first few days, I wasn't. I brought it all back and cursed myself for being so reckless. Now I did, I got to understand things more now, and that's good. I hope y'all will do the same change too. Rumors are rumors. Half-truths are not valid. Lets dig more before we conclude. I hope we're mature enough to understand more of these. Enough of this.Now, let us end this thread (uh uh uh, and not make aonther one bout this) and make this a closed chapter in CL-Sony's history, and work our best ok?!   • e ganun pala bakit hindi mo na-forecast yung volume kung mahusay yung relations nyo sa sony panay pa-monitoring nyo kumuha pa kayo ng wave 6 at wave 7 nasayng yung training na binigay nyo sino sisihin mo dun??? expenses din ng kumpanya yung training na ginawa. kung iisipin mafoforecast mo yung volume ng calls nababaha sa center mahina pa rin unang-unang hindi kayo transparent "transparency" sa mga tao nyo kayo kayo lang gumagawa ng desisyon next time pag-pumasok na lang yung ibang agent wla na silang trabaho l2 nyo masasyang lang kung bobo yung trainer nyo dapat sibakin din yang mga walang alam kumuha kayo ng technically inclined hindi politician...
  • BAIKEN who ever you are!!!! I think HIRING YOU WAS THE WORST DECISION THAT CLIENTLOGIC EVER MADE and as well as SONY absorbing YOU!!!!!!! Aren't you aware that all call centers do the same thing even worse. When you applied for TSR you should also know that it's not that stable. You're always using the word "BOBO", for those people in position do you think they will reach that position if they are what you they are!!!! BE MATURE just accept the fact that you didn't make it and you're NOT a BIG LOST for SONY!!!!!! ok... If you think you are RIGHT bakit di mo kausapin ang management at sabihin mo lahat ng sinasabi mo dito. KUNG SA TINGIN MO TAMA KA go on TELL EVERYONE that you are right and the management is WRONG... Buti pa nga kayo di ba hinanapan ng SONY ng account na mag-aabsorb eh kung ibang call center yan basta sisipain na lang kayo ng walaang sabi-sabi.. DUDE, MAG-ISIP KA PLEASE.
