Divisoria eating places

DaneDane PEx Rookie ⭐
Well if you cross the street from the front of Binondo church, its already Divisoria area. I know there are also good eating places there and I want to know them. I know of one, though quite hidden, its (Panciteria?) Ilang-Ilang. There are also small turo-turo style places near the market. Forget the ambience - its the food!

I know two, but its at DM(divisoria mall) foodcourt. Try Fruito King, its a hongkong homestyle chinese food, they offer good brewed coffee, lots of dimsum, steamed fish, soy squid, and many more!

There is aling simang at yangco market building with their specialty "halo" or sweetened slices of meat much like kikiam only better. There are also good eateries beside the wetmarket of DM, thats in the basement. To be recommended are their large servings of pancit malabon and other local pinoy dishes.

Any updates? Its almost Christmas season and this area will come alive again. I'm sure a lot of hungry shoppers would want some recommendations.

Thanks. But what I am referring to is in the vicinity of Ylaya, Sto. Cristo, Planas and Tabora Streets. Around Divisoria Mall, near Tutuban Mall and even 168. Gets?
  • hindi talaga ako makakain ng food diyan sa may divisoria particularly doon sa malapit sa divisoria mall amoy "sunata" ang paligid doon.
  • Try these places:

Sarap Sarap Food - Cluster Building, Tutuban Centermall

Granted that there are no big name restos in the Divisoria area, its the hole-in-the-wall and carinderia eating places, or even fastfood joints in the malls that are sometimes "gems".
  • basta masarap yung calamares dun :D (sa kalye mismo)
  • I am not sure if this is still part of Divisoria but when we went there ate at this chinese resto called president something :D
