i've noticed some bulges (and they kinda sore) in my underarm and my friend (who's a med student) told me that i got it from plucking and says that all i need is an antibiotic but she's not sure what kind. sana po you could help me on what antibiotic to buy. thank you very much and i hope you respond asap.:)

Cloxacillin, 500 mg/cap 1 cap 4x a day on an empty stomach for 1 week.

have you actually tried it? and bakit parang grabe naman ng dosage?ganun ba talaga un?

Tried it? Why would I try it if I don't have any skin infection going on?

That's the normal dosage for adults with skin infection that physicians all over the world prescribe. I do not know where you get this idea that the dosage is too much. If you don't want to take it, that's up to you.

It's not supposed to be over-the-counter, but not many people experience difficulty purchasing this. Depends on the drugstore policy.

ano ang difference ng cloxacillin sa flucloxacillin?

They belong to the same family. Flucloxacillin is a later and modified, supposedly improved form of cloxacillin. Both are prescription meds.
