What is the safest and cheapest method of permanent hair removal? I constantly shave off my pubic area and it's such a drag to feel it grow. I've tried hair epilators but they just delay the growth and are just plain messy.

How much would it cost to get rid of all the hair in this area?

As far as I know, electrolysis is the only way to get rid of hair permanently. Sorry don't know the cost. Better ask your derma.
