Physical Activities while trying to conceive

My wife has been trying to conceive for the past 8 months. I'd like to know if it's safe for her to go on with my physical activities after contact/ovulation hoping that fertilization had taken place? Is it safe for hher to continue exercising, getting a massage, sports, etc.?
What should we do if she gets ill?

It's okay for her to perform regular activities. However, if she's training for the Boston marathon or something, cutting back may help. Exercising is actually recommended to help a woman achieve a good level of health, but in moderation (say, 30 minute sessions 3x a week).
I don't quite understand what you mean by "if she gets ill", assuming that she's just a woman trying to get pregnant. There's no difference between her and the next woman, even if she is trying to conceive. If she gets sick, she should do what everyone else should do--see a physician.0
