Is there a way to remove or hide scar in a flash....foundations or medicine....

Other than surgery, none. You can just try concealers. There's a particular brand they sell in Robinson's Galleria which they use for stage and movies. They conceal very well. Just ask the salesladies in the makeup department. They'll probably know what it is.

Contractubex may help with almost fresh scars. If it's been quite a while, the effect is almost negligible.
