it can't be compared to celltech - means, Phosphagen does not make you bulk that much...more of strength tlga...
just follow the directions. if ur following the maintenance dose, ganito gawin mo for best results:
drink 30 mins before gym then drink again before sleeping. if you want, drink in the morning mix with coffee or non-acidic juice. NOT MILK!
if this is the only thing you use, meaning, you don't use Whey Protein, gawin mo yung sinabi ko sa taas. why? because the next day, you expect your body to ache, pero if you follow the above direction, muscles will heal fast and will increase lean muscle.
EAS Phosphagen was the first creatine supplement I used. If it's simply creatine monohydrate you may get better results if it's mixed in with juice as capish noted above, but note that if you use it with coffee caffeine's diuretic effect may dampen creatine's main action of pulling water into muscle cells. Without using terms too scientific that's the mechanism by which creatine increases both strength and promotes mass gains.
If you're a first-time creatine user and you're a creatine responder and you train and eat right, you can expect great results in both strength and size gains from EAS Phosphagen. That being said, why not just buy the cheapest creatine monohydrate you can get? EAS is on the pricier side, I use Optimum Nutrition's creatine these days. Cheap!
EAS Phosphagen / creatine monohydrate is not comparable to CellTech because CellTech contains a whole lot of other stuff like protein, carbs, AAKG, ALA, etc. as well as creatine -- in my opinion CellTech is w-a-y overpriced, and you can get each of its components separately for much cheaper. Note also that each serving of CellTech contains 10 grams of creatine -- that's two regular servings of EAS Phosphagen already.
cell tech is over rated and ove hyped. I have never seen anyone make great gains on cell tech to be perfectly honest. many people make gains but it is a placebo effect and nothing more
to victory where could i buy optimum's creatine the one you said above, theres somebody here selling 500g of EAS phosphagen si spitkicker for only 1400 ok n yung price na yun chineck ko sa GNC 100g costs for 1000 already.. im just wondering kung napepeke ba ito?

I am not sure where you can get Optimum in the Philippines. I get 2000 grams for around PHP2,100 here in the US, so that's cheap (PHP1.05 per gram) compared to your EAS Phosphagen deal (PHP2.80 per gram) but you may not have better options in the Philippines.
Comments
for best results, take 5 grams in the morning and before going to the gym and then take another an hour before sleeping.
don't drink again in less than 4 hours or you'll have LBM
so i could take it as many as i can in a day just as long it is 4 hours in between?

you should learn NEVER to compare prices with GNC......
You're always gonna get a cheaper price when compared to any GNC...........
and by the way, capish....cell-tech doesn't make you bulk....it makes you FAT...
75 g of dextrose.... tsk..tsk..
