diet recipe pls...

hi pexers! can u recommend any effective diet recipe? many thanks!


  • proven to work, basta no softdrinks, chocolates, beer, fatty food in one week

    day 1 eat only fruits the whole day
    day 2 eat only steamed or boiled vegetables
    day 3 fruits and vegetables only no sauce or dressing pls
    day 4 for every meal eat 1 banana and 1 glass of milk
    day 5 beef preferably matchbox size only with tomato sauce
    day 6 beef and vegetable in tomato sauce
    day 7 you can eat now 1 serving of rice or pasta with beef

  • Try Fixing yourselves one of the protein bars thats posted here. But if you can't here's what you can do..

    5-7am - Have 1 piece of fleshy fuit
    10-12pm - Have 2 pieces of whole wheat/Multi grain bread with Tuna (solid in water) with Pizza Sauce (del monte)
    3pm - have a fruit
    7pm - have 2 egg whites

    skip on soda, replace with water
    skip on processed juice, try juicing themselves instead

    if youre really determined:

    2 Egg whites in the morning

    2 Egg whites (an hour before working out)

    2 Egg whites WITHIN an hour after working out

    *you can lose the lbs by dieting, but it will easily GROW back. you gotta work.. work.. work.. maski pushups or cardio in the morning. as long as your heartbeat is raised for like 15 minutes constant, that would be ok. ;) hope this helps..

    what kind of diet?

    i got into the atkins diet and i lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Ngayon I'm only maintaining my weight because I don't follow the diet strictly.

    Basta no rice or sugar ako ngayon. Once in a while I get low blood sugar attacks, nga lang. I get dizzy and break into a cold sweat :belat:

  • Tama rin yung mga na-mention in the previous posts, eat lots of fruit and substitute water for soda. Pero huwag niyo naman patayin ang tao ^_^; . An effective diet food is konnyaku, which is made of i think potato starch. Soba noodles is also good diet food.

    Here's a fish recipe that's low fat:

    Simple Steamed Fish

    1 medium sized tilapia or any white fish
    3 staks green onions, sliced thinly
    1 knob of ginger sliced thinly
    1/4 c Soy sauce
    3 tbsp Mirin

    Put green onions and ginger on the fish. Put the fish on a steam plate and place it inside a steamer. Steam for about 10 to 20 mintes or until flesh is cooked through but still moist. Mix together soy sauce and mirin. Pour misture over fish. If desired, heat 3 tbsp of canola or vegetable oil until smoking then pour over fish. Done!

    My gym instructor actually told me that rice doesn't make you fat. It's all psychological lang daw.

    Rice won't make you fat per se; it's carbohydrates + sugar that turns into fat.
  • no rice, bread, sweets and fatty foods. eat healthy!
