Try going to Freddie's Tire Supply or Princess Tire Supply (two nearby shops, but one owner) in Evangelista St. Makati.

They sell lots of Concept One or ROTA look-alike rims that are just as good and as light as the real ones. They usually model theirs after Spoon and Mugen models.

I've seen a 15" lightweight 5-spoker there that sells for PhP12,000 for 4 pieces...if you've seen Initial D, they looked identical to Shingo's EG6 Civic rims. Lightweight.
