Keep it clean and simple (no stickers and hanging doo-dads)... a lot will depend on your taste but if you ask me, a clean interior with a nice sound system will work OK. :) Plus add a nice Momo steering wheel, and maybe a matching pedal and shifter set.

    I agree.

If you're the CD-listening type, I suggest you get one of those CD wallets that comes with elastic bands so you can attach it on your window-visors. It's pretty practical. :D

If your car has frequent smokers an ionizer would be good.

Other than that I suggest you stick with a clean-looking car. Good luck.

    SweetJem...
Momo is an Italian maker of steering wheels, and that's their brand name. I've seen a few of their steering wheels and they're all pretty nice (mostly 3- and 4-spokers). Try doing a search of their models on the Web.

Do try to check if changing the steering wheel might be illegal where you're in. Usually, changing the steering wheel means doing away with the airbag. Some aftermarket steering wheels have airbags, but making them work with your car's airbag system might be a tough job (it's not impossible though).

As for changing your car's "head unit" and audio system, good reputable brands to go for are Pioneer and Alpine. A friend advised me to spend cash for a very good amplifier, in case you want to get aftermarket speakers. When you do have money for better speakers later on, the amplifier should provide enough power to have your speakers working the way you want them to.

Sony's new Xplod line is also good, as far as I've heard. My friend has a fondness for German-made speakers like MBQuart.

    Good luck!

shun hey thanks a lot..i will sure check out the stuff u recommended..
  • Like the others have said above. You also wanna check out those broadway mirrors for your car. It's a larger rear view mirror so you can see more, its alot safer too!

Other brands of head unit you should check out is clarion and nakamichi.

for the subs, I would go with JL's.

whatever you do, just do it for yourself. whatever you feel is the best for you.

Good luck! Just remember to take these things one at a time. It'll be easier on your pocket and on your head. :)
