Need help on focusing of headlights..

hey guys!

need same help! i had my headlights changed recently, the problem is, i think its out of focus... there is minimal change in my high and low lights.... can you pls provide me the instructions on how to do it for a 92 corolla?

Did you get surplus headlights or brand new? If its surplus from Japan, the focusing of these are different (for RHD driving) from what we have.

Check also if the bulb was placed in properly... Then do the manual adjustments (on an empty street at night)

i bought the clear headlights brand new.. and bought new bulbs as well.. so how do i go about it?

Why don't you try na ipa-ayos dun sa pinagbilihan mo? Malay mo they can fix it without any fee...

Yep, one thing to do is to have the shop that did the install fix it... if not, try to adjust it. Theres a screw at the back of the lights that enables it to adjust the height.

There's a recent Inquirer Motoring article that gives directions on how to aim your headlamps for an LHD country like ours.

Maybe you can try searching inq7.net for the directions. I don't remember them very well.
