it's connected with Pacific Continental. i'm just not sure about their accounts, but they pay around 15k for starters or fresh grads.

OH! YOU HAVE TO UNDERGO 3 INTERVIEWS..NO EXAM...THE GOOD THING ABOUT THE COMPANY IS THAT HINDE KA NA NILA PAASAHIN PA. IF YOU ARE IN THEY WILL TELL YOU WITHIN THE DAY, IF YOU ARE NOT IN, WELL. YOU'LL KNOW IT.

a friend of mine was pirated as Team Leader here. they have a small, and I mean really small office in The Peak Condo in Salcedo Village. wow, 35k Team Leader. so for the first 2 weeks she was building her team and functioning as a Team Leader for two weeks. come payday HR informed her na ma de-delay ung sweldo niya. ok lang sa friend ko she also asked na rin how much will she be receiving. na-shock siya na sweldo lang daw ng agent ang matatanggap niya. syempre she asked why ang sabi sa kanya ng HR nagkamali daw sila ng pinapirmahang kontrata dapat daw agent lang siya. ang labo no? it was the VP ang nag hire sa kanya so she went directly to the office of the VP to complain kase it was mismo the VP who made her sign the contract. To her astonishment the VP also acknowledeged his mistake. ang labo samantalang pi-nirate nga siya as TL diba tapos syempre sinabi sa kanya nung hi-nire siya "conratulations! you are now a team leader.." parang ganon diba? tapos sasabihin nila naglamali sila. ang kasamaan ppa nito, nung nag sign siya ng contract syempre tinanong niya will she get a copy, sabi oo to follow na lang kase may mga signatories pa kailangan pumirma hanggang sa indi na siya binigyan n g copy. o baka naman they could not afford to pay her? kase pantry lang wala sila. applicants nila sa kalye ininterview. pano ba naman malaki pa ata ung mga ads nila sa bulletin kesa sa office nila. syempre maraming ma eemganyo ilagay ba naman nila 20k starting salary ng agent diba?

di ako galing dun kaya wala akong bitterness. share ko lang ang lesson na natutunan ng friend ko sa Strategy Tel na yan. In fact iniiwasan ko o sino mang kilala ko na mag apply dun.

parang gusto kong matawa ng nakakita ako ng thread tungkol dito... wla lang para bang nakakatawa talaga tong call center na to... nag-walk-in ako tapos after isang interview... pinapabalik na ako kaagad para pumasok at 2 am.... medyo ridiculous talaga... buhay pa ba sila?
