on our way sa opis sa loob ng car hindi ko matake ung amoy ng car freshner na pine tree eh dati ok lang yun.. 1 week delay mens ko saturday afternoon we decided to go to an OB na tapos nung sabi ng doc na positive hala naubos ung load sa kakatxt sa mga relative and friends... tapos kinagabihan sa loob ng room..secret...

i was 2 weeks delayed of my period. we bought one home pregnancy kit and it turned out negative. but ako, feel ko na pregnant ako talaga. so we went to the clinic and i had the pregnancy test and it was positive. ayun. hindi na kami na-surprised kasi hindi naman kami naggagamit ng birth control.

My period was 4 days delayed. I bought a pregnancy test (actually I bought two because I wanted to be sure) from the Mercury Drug at the Ayala MRT station on my way to work. I couldn't wait till I got home so I took the first test in our office CR and told him over YM that I got a positive result. The next day I took the 2nd test at home, first thing in the morning. When I got another positive we started telling other people the good news.

We were at the Holliday Inn Hotel in Ortigas celebrating our anniversary when I told him na in 2 weeks time, I'm absolutely, positively, 100% sure that I will be pregnant. Sabi ng hubby ko, "talaga? pano mo naman nasisiguro eh 2 years na tayong nagta-try magkababy." I told him, basta! malakas ang kutob ko this time. he said sana nga daw coz he really wants to have a baby na, in fact, a son nga daw eh! hehehe.

Two weeks after I missed my period so we bought a pregnancy test kit. Took the test in the bathroom and it showed two lines. I cried! went to our room and my husband saw my face was sooooo red (parang kamatis). "negative na naman?", he asked dejectedly. "Nope! you're going to be a daddy na!", I said. hehehe. And he had tears in his eyes. We went out the room and he started telling his parents and I started texting my parents and people I've promised to text as soon as I got pregnant. then I asked him to buy me mentos fast while I ate 3 hilaw na santol. heheheehe

I was 3 days delayed and I told him that we needed to buy a kit. He was so excited about it.

We went home, I went to the bathroom and the result showed 2 pink lines. I told him and he smiled and said, "that's good ... let's sleep na."

i was in his parents house kasi bday ng dad nia, i wasnt expecting that i was pregnant kasi lagi naman akong delayed pero nag ilusyon na lang ako and bumili ako ng PT. Gusto k nga sana pagkagising ko na lang para at least nakatulog na ako whatever that outcome would be. Pero I couldnt help it kaya nagpunta ako sa bathroom and voila!!! positive ang lola nyo. akala ko namamalik mata lang ako at baka nagkamali lang yung process. Pero tama naman lahat eh.

I went out the bathroom, reached for my cel and called my hubby who was at work.

me: baby, im pregnant!!!!
he: ows, hindi nga? (nag iilusyon ka n nmn)
me: oo nga, two lines!!! (iyak iyak)
he: eh di good. grabe nanginginig ako!!!
end of call.

double celebration ang nangyari at halos lahat ng tao binabati kaming dalawa. nakalimutan na nilang bday pala ang pinunta nila..

it was my husband who suspected that i was pregnant... my period is irregular so sometimes i don't have it for two months... but my husband noticed my sensitiveness to smell... so he bought and "forced" me to take a pregnancy test... when i took it, there was one line and a very faint second line... i told him it must be false but he insisted it was positive... a week later he bought another pregnancy test and this time it was positive and he just couldn't believe his eyes he asked me to go to the doctor that same day... kaso that day i had an appointment to accompany the team of GMA 7's Pinoy Abroad... but the following day i went to the doctor and it was confirmed that i was pregnant...

now, we both can't wait for our baby's arrival... i hope to carry the baby fullterm, of course! we still don't know the gender though... it's prohibited for doctors here in korea to tell the gender of the baby... we don't want to know the baby's gender anyway... although my hubby would like to have a girl...

i was on vacation there in the phils. my period was delayed for a few days, which happens frm time to time. i wasn't worried yet at that time coz i was pretty sure i couldn't have been pregnant coz my bf-then-now-hubby were really careful (or so i thought ). so i made fun of him, teasing him i might be pregnant, just to test his reaction. he was quite sure as well that i couldn't possibly be preggy coz he knows as well that we're careful nga (or so he thought as well , we've been together for 2yrs then & we've been really careful i don't get preggy).
since i was getting agitated as d days passed, he told me to buy a PT to reassure myself that i wasn't preggy. so i did, i made d test. though i had an inkling that i could be pregnant, i was still shocked to see that d result was positive! i was devastated coz i didn't want to get preggy yet (though i was already 27 at that time). immediately I made a long distance call to my then bf & told him d news. he couldn't believe as well, & he wasn't ecstatic either (i guess it was d shock & that he wasn't ready yet either). but after a few days i guess d realization sank in & he calmed down & was able to accept the consequences, & said we'd get married (romantic huh , but i had no choice even if i wanted a real proposal, i had to settle to getting married due to pregnancy).
so, anyhow, despite what we've discussed over d fone, i was still afraid he might run frm me & his responsibility. some guys are like that, so i can't be so sure w/ him despite his feelings for me & my feelings for him & our 2yrs relationship. some people have been together longer & yet still turns back frm each other. so even if i wasn't due to return yet, i decided to go back sooner. as if my problems weren't enough, i had to encounter another problem -- going back to my destination. the flights were full! i couldn't get a seat, & i couldn't wait for scheduled return flight! but i was determined to go back asap that i didn’t mind going to the airport w/o any booking, i had to try my luck as a go-show passenger. i went back & forth the airport 2 or 3x, until a staff finally took pity on me & helped me get a sit.
despite all the hassles I went thru, everything eventually fell into place. all’s well that ends well!
