Hi Doc Ira, I would just like to ask something abt my friend's condition, he thinks he has a std, because he told me that he has some pus on his penis, and he has some yellow discharges too. if he does have an std, what kind is it?? is it curable? thanx! he's still thinking abt consulting a doctor. Could he take self medication like antibiotics? what kind?? thnx

Doctor... STD or not, I'd still recommend seeing a doctor...

See a doctor. There are several types of STDs and different antibiotics/treatment for each. Offhand, I can think of some that may fit his case, but without seeing the condition itself, I really cannot conclude anything. NO SELF MEDICATION PLEASE, and not only for STDs but also for any kind of infection.
