Is it safe to take strepsils when pregnant?

hi doc! i was just wodering if it is safe to take strepsils during pregnancy? not the one with lignocaine but just the ordinary one. i'm having very sore throat for 4 days now and i was thinking of taking it just to relieve it at night coz i really can't sleep with the coughing and all.
