    Gain weight and do butt exercises.
  • a particularly helpful exercise: lunges. and that thing where u go down on all fours, knees and hands on the floor, and raise ur foot up, like kicking backwards. squeeze ur *** as u do this to target... actually, even if u don't squeeze, after a couple of 20 rep sets, ur butt's gonna ache the ff. day. then, eventually, you can use leg weights and stuff... have fun!
