Best time to exercise and Glutamine

Doc Ira, long time no post na ko dito. When's the best time to exercise? In the morning before breakfast, hours after breakfast, in the evening, etc.? Can anyone suggest a good exercise program for beginners? And finally, what's the best, simplest, and gadget-less exercise for the abs? If a thread with the same topic has been brought up already, paki-link naman pls. dahil di ko magamit yung search feature ng Pex for some reason.

My second question is about Glutamine. Most sites mention that this drug(?) or supplement(?) is being used by body builders because it has something to do with human growth hormone. If it helps your muscles 'grow', will it also increase your height?

    The best time to exercise is when you can fit it into your schedule and you won't be too busy to cancel your exercise routine. If you're a night person and you're used to waking up around lunchtime, it's pointless scheduling your exercise early in the morning. The variation in time is not significant enough to make a difference.

    I don't believe nor ascribe to these supplements, sorry. But if it touts to make you taller, don't believe it. Unless you're still in your teens (ergo your growth plate is still developing), there is no effective way to make yourself taller save for surgery. Your height is dictated by your genes, and no amount of vitamins will make you grow to be 6'5" when everyone else in the family is 5'5" and below.
