ABS-CBN is the best in terms of dubbing

Have you watched the bloopers of Meteor Garden? the dubbing was superb! as if yung mga dubbers mismo yung nagkamali!

what can you say about the dubbing of ABS-CBN on Meteor Garden and other shows that was dubbed? compared to the dubbing of GMA on their chinovela shows?

All I can say is that ABS-CBN really chooses the dubbers and their voices, talagang exact at bagay yung mga boses ng mga dubbers sa mga character na dinudub nila.. pati yung emotion kuhang kuha sa boses.. napanood nyo ba yung bloopers ng Meteor Garden? as if parang boses na rin talaga nila! realistic yung dubbing! I was amazed!

Hayyyyyyyyyy... I definitely agree with you....the BEST *okay*talga ang dubbing ng ABS-CBN...Sa MG thread nga, halos lahat kme dun, bilib na bilib sa dubbing ng ABS-CBN.

Bukod sa bagay na nga ung mga voices sa mga personality nila, mararamdaman mo pa talga ung emotions, kapag sad, sad talga and kapag happy naman, happy talga...hehehehehehe

Makikita mo rin na binubusisi talga nila, tumpak na tumpak ung voice dun sa buka ng bibig...Isa rin kse sa mga napansin ko un...

Sa palgay ko, besides that fact na maganda talga story ng MG and ung other novelas nila, isa ring factor ung dubbing nila kaya nahuhumaling tayo ng husto...:insane:

i second the motion. wala kong mase-say pagdating sa dubbing ng ch. 2. binubusisi talaga yung pagda-dub tsaka yung timing. swak na swak. no wonder, ABS always has high-rating chinovelas & mexican telenovelas kasi madaling maintindihan, at the same time, tayo na viewers ay parang napapaniwala na yung nga talagang boses ng mga bida sa series.

superb, really. This whole thing started when they dubbed ALIAS. Although most of us really didn't like dubbing english into filipino, still the mere fact that they dubbed in their most accurate way is something they should be proud of.

I agree that ABS is superb in the dubbing department. As much as possible e humahanap sila ng Filipino word na akma sa salita at hindi nagiging cono ang dating. Superb dubbing on MG.:D

regarding with van's interest ai sha, sabi kasi ng mga dormmates ko na sobrang exage lang daw ng voice nya pero kung titingnan mo naman from her actions, ganun siguro cya magsalita. so ok na rin.

ang galing, kasi binubusisis talaga nila. like if the character is coming from the back of the house going in, ganoon yung transition na maririnig mo. sa iba kasi, i've noticed na galing yung isang character sa likod, pero yung boses e malakas at parang he's in the same room na as the other characters.

actually, that was because Ai Sha's character was supposed to be a Japanese girl having a hard time expressing her thoughts in Mandarin. para ngang exag yung boses kasi dun sa original na Taiwanese version, ganung-ganun din boses ni Ai Sha. parang hirap mag Taiwanese..

pero in fairness. the best pa rin ang ABS!!!!! Ch.2 Rules!!!! :handsdown:

sabi ng line producer ng isang chinovela sa ch.7, rumaraket ang ilang dubbers ng ch.2 sa kanila. ayaw nga niyang sabihin kung sinu-sino kasi pinagbabawalan pala sila ng kanilang bosses sa dos.

sa DZME 1530 ko ito nalaman nu'ng nag-guest ang line prod. at dubbers ng isang GMA chinovela sa nasabing station. nag-beg off 'yung isang main "character" kasi baka mabisto.
