3-day diet

does it work? i'm planning on doing the three day diet but i would like to know first if it works. has anyone ever tried it and how much weight did you lose?

also, i would like to know if it's safe.

    define 3 day diet.. haven't heard of it...

    only encountered
    1. low-fat diet
    2. atkins' diet
    3. variations of low carb diets like:
    a. somersizing
    b. the zone
    c. paleolithic diet

    all works for me except low fat.
  • hey.. I have this... I haven't tried it yet.

    I can't imagine myself at this point eating canned tuna for 3 days.. :lol:

    Anyway, my mom and my bro has tried it and it worked. 10lbs in 3 days gone!

    check national bookstore meron.

    pero take note, this is a lifestyle change hindi mere diet, ok, you stop the diet, you get back everything what you have lose...

    so, make sure you can stick to it, commit with the plan.
  • i have a copy of this 3 day diet which i cut out from the newspaper few years ago... i tried it and i can say it's quite effective..:)

    The 3 Day Diet
    "3 day diet"
    Instructions:

    Drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.

    You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.

    DAY 1

    BREAKFAST

    Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

    1/2 Grapefruit or Juice

    1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

    LUNCH

    1/2 Cup of Tuna

    1 Toast

    Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

    DINNER

    3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken

    1 cup green beans

    1 cup carrots

    1 apple

    1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

    DAY 2

    BREAKFAST

    black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

    1 Egg

    1/2 Banana

    1 Toast

    LUNCH

    1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

    8 regular saltine crackers

    DINNER

    2 beef franks

    1 cup broccoli or cabbage

    1/2 cup carrots

    1/2 banana

    1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

    DAY 3

    BREAKFAST

    black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

    5 regular saltine crackers

    1 oz. cheddar cheese

    1 apple

    LUNCH

    1 boiled egg

    1 toast

    black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

    DINNER

    1 cup tuna

    1 cup carrots

    1 cup cauliflower

    1 cup melon

    1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

    This diet works as a chemical breakdown and is proven to work (if you follow it strictly) and is used in Birmingham, Alabama hospital cardiac unit for patients who need to lose a lot of weight in a hurry having a surgery. you can lose up to 40 pounds a month
