Time for WC3 1.05 Wishlists...

Here are my Patch 1.05 Wishlists:

New/Modified Features
- WarCraft III compatibility with the WC3-Expansion implemented (In my dreams!)
- Replays now have "View Lock" mode (like Age of Empires and Age of Mythology)
- Create a game and pick your replay from the "replay" folder. A replay is always passworded. Up to 11 other people can join your replay game to watch it with you; chat is from the people currently connected to the replay game. Replay files can be transferred to other people automatically (if someone joins your replay game, they get your replay transferred to them via the automatic map/replay download facility), or you can copy your replay files (replays end in .w3g) from your "replay" folder to a desired destination manually.
- Insane A.I. no longer doubles the resources returns but has increased the intelligence, by a lot. Beware!
- Added a cheat code "givemebabyonemoretime" - this will enable and bring back v1.00 of WarCraft III.

Armor/Weapon Type Changes
- Heavy Armor now takes 35% from Siege attack (so that Heavy armors now have a benefit). Splash or partial damages no longer affect heavy armored units
- Fortified Armor now takes 25% from Piercing attack and 40% from Normal attack, but now takes 175% from Siege attack (to prevent mass units w/o siege while attacking the buildings)
- Light Armor now takes 175% damage from Normal attack (Melee>Range)
- Medium Armor now takes only 75% from Siege Attack (to prevent mass siege)

Balance Changes
- Stopped the Gryphon/Mass Casters cheese
- Stopped the Mass Dryads cheese
- Stopped the Metamorphosis cheese
- Stopped the Mass Ghouls/Dual Aura cheese
- Orc is no longer the weakest race

Humans
- Devotion Aura has been reworked, it is now percentage based. Devotion Aura will have damage reductions of 10%/15%/20% respectively
- Brilliance Aura increased to 1/1.75/2.5 up from 0.75/1.5/2.25
- Gyrocopter hitpoints increased to 380, up from 350
- Riflemen damage increased to 25, up from 21, gold cost reduced to 235, down from 240
- Gryphon Riders hitpoints decreased to 700, down from 750, build time increased to 50 secs, up from 45 secs.
- Sorceress base damage decreased to 11, down from 12.5. Attack cooldown increased to 2 secs, up from 1.75

Orcs
- Headhunters attack cooldown decreased to 2.2, down from 2.34
- Shaman's acquisition range increased to 700 from 600, improving the frequency with which Bloodlust is auto-cast.
- Grunts gold cost reduced to 230, down from 235; build time decreased to 28 secs, down from 30 secs
- Wyvern Rider hitpoints increased to 550, up from 500
- Stasis Trap now requires MASTER TRAINING
- Stasis Trap stun duration increased to 9 secs, up from 6 secs, but now affects friendly units but with only 3 secs of stun. It will now only require 8 secs to activate the trap, down from 10 secs.
- Healing ward only requires ADEPT TRAINING
- Healing ward now heals 2.5% hp/sec. or 15 hp/sec (whichever has higher rate for the unit), but decreased the duration to 25 secs, down from 30 secs. The Ward hitpoints remained 5.
- Bloodlust mana cost reduced to 40, down from 50
- Reincarnation cooldown decreased to 180 secs, down from 240 secs.
- Earthquake's Area of Effect increased to 30, up from 25.
- Earthquake's cooldown increased to 120 secs, up from 90 secs.
- Bladestorm's duration increased to 8 secs, up from 7
- Bladestorm's cooldown decreased to 180, down from 240.
- Raider's hitpoints increased to 650, up from 610
- Raider's base armor increased to 1, up from 0
- Ensnare is now an auto-cast spell, but against AIR UNITS only.
- Ensnare cooldown decreased to 15 secs, down from 20 secs
- Ensnare is no longer dispellable (because it is a net) but will have a hitpoints of 50.

Night Elf
- Metamorphosis duration decreased to 45 secs, down from 60. (Currently in battle.net website, it is 45 secs, but the reality, it's really 60 secs. BLIZZARD! PLS FIX THIS!)
- Starfall cooldown decreased to 150 secs, down from 180.
- Archers hitpoints increased to 280, up form 260
- Dryads hitpoints reduced to 360, down from 380 (to prevent mass dryads).
- Dryads attack cooldown increased to 2.2, up from 2. Base damage reduced to 15, down from 16
- Druid of the Claw (druid form) is now 3food, but when in (bear form), it will use 4 food. Lumber cost decreased to 75, down from 80
- Cyclone duration increased to 15 secs, up from 10 secs.
- Hippogryph build time decreased to 35 secs.
- Chimaera cost changed to 375/90, from 390/70, build time decreased to 60 secs, down from 65

Undead
- Decrease the base ground attack of Gargoyles to 20, down from 22.5
- Gargoyles build time increased to 40 secs, up from 35
- Death and Decay damage increased to 5% of base HP/sec
- Frost Wyrm's food reduced to 6, down from 7
- Abomination attack cooldown decreased to 1.75 secs, down from 1.9
- Frost Armor mana cost reduced to 35, down from 40
- Animate Dead cooldown decreased to 210 secs, down from 240

    Pwede yung Shockwave sa air! Parang Storm Bolt na AoE damage! hehe Diba yung Storm Bolt pwede sa air, mechanical, and even buildings!
    Devour "autocast"? medyo abusive yun, hindi ganun ka ok na autocast kasi devour isn't good sa lahat. Example, if you have a Kodo, tapos may kalaban ka na isang tauren at isang ghoul, sino idedevour ng "autocast" na yun? siyempre yung mas malapit sayo. Kaya hindi siya autocast because you prefer to devour larger units, right? Parang polymorph and possession yan!

    Hindi pwede sa air ang shockwave. :) And shockwave doesn't stun, so I don't think its comparable to an AoE Stormbolt.

    - Healing Ward healing
    >> 2.5% is okay, but 15HP/sec is not! Healing wards are way better than Tranquility already, and now you're still asking for upgrades?

    - Ensnare cooldown decreased to 15 secs, down from 20 secs
    >> In that case, the ensnare duration should also reduce to 15 seconds . . . I think that's the logic behind the duration and cooldown being the same (raider has only one net, since it doesn't cost any mana).

    [inspired by Battle Realms Mug ability - Swordman]

    Mug
    Steals a random item from the inventory of an enemy hero, or an item possessed by a creep.

    Mana cost: 150
    Targets: Enemy

    Level 1

    Works on level 1 to 3 creeps.
    Can steal level 1 to 4 items.

    Cooldown: 80 seconds
    Mana cost: 250

    Level 2

    Works on level 1 to 5 creeps.
    Can steal level 1 to 7 items.
    Also steals the gold value of the creep.
    Steals 100 gold and 50 lumber from the enemy [when cast on enemy heroes].

    Cooldown: 60 seconds
    Mana cost: 200

    Level 3

    Works on all creeps.
    Can steal level 1 to 10 items.
    Also steals the gold value of the creep.
    Steals 200 gold and 100 lumber from the enemy [when cast on enemy heroes].

    Cooldown: 45 seconds
    Mana cost: 150



    This skill returns nothing if the target possesses no item/gold.
    Also, this ability won't work if the hero casting it has a full inventory.

    Once a creep is mugged, it won't drop any item and gold anymore when killed.

    - Skeleton Archer: skeleton archers will be raised instead of skeleton warriors if the corpse has ranged attack. If melee, skeleton warriors will be raised. The skeleton Archer will have these basic stats:

    Ground/Air Attack Damage: 14 (avg)
    Hitpoints: 180
    Cooldown: 1.8

    Undead
    - Animate Dead cooldown decreased to 210 secs, down from 240
    - Infernal changed to Medium Armor
    - Death and Decay damage increased to 5% of base HP/sec
    - Vampiric Aura now gains 15%/25%/35% of attack damage, from 15%/30%/45%
    - Unholy Aura now gains 10%/15%/20% faster movement, from 10%, 20%, 30%. The hitpoints regeneration remains the same. These will prevent abusive dual aura ghouls.
    - Gargoyles ground attack decreased to 20/22/24/26, down from 22.5/25/27.5/30, ground attack cooldown increased to 2.34, up from 2.2 while air attack cooldown decreased to 1.25, down from 1.4. This is done so that Gargoyles will be more effective in air-to-air combat than air-to-ground.
    - Gargoyles lumber cost increased to 40, up from 30
    - Frost Wyrm's food reduced to 6, down from 7
    - Abomination hitpoints increased to 1100, up from 1080
    - Frost Armor mana cost reduced to 35, down from 40
    - Anti-Magic shell is now an autocast spell, duration decreased to 60 secs, down from 90 secs. The auto-cast will be done if the unit is being affected by negative spells such as slow, curse, faerie fire, etc. The auto-cast will serve as undead's form of dispelling negative spells.
    - Banshee base attack damage decreased to 10, down from 13.
    - Banshee attack cooldown increased to 2.1 secs, up from 1.5
    - Curse chance to miss increased to 30%, up from 25%
    - Necromancer attack cooldown increased to 2.2 secs, up from 1.8

    Cool Idea for the Skelly Archers.

    I think Armors fine the way it is. It's what I'm used to and reworking it would take awhile to get.

    HUMANS:

    Err.. Devotion Aura isn't as good as the other aura's and this is the first time I've seen sum1 want to make it weaker.

    Blizzard probably won't upgrade the Brilliance aura after nerfing it, but here's hoping.

    Whatever they do to Avatar, they should do to Meta, but I like the 60 sec. time.

    Gyro upgrades are good but not too much needed. Here's hoping.

    I wish they'd upgrade rifles too, but I'm fine with the way they are. 2 me it makes sense with the range upgrade requiring Workshop.

    Masses sorc is a pain, but to be fair the mage counterparts for each race should do the same damage.

    I'm not for the Gryphon change, but if it happened it's OK with me.

    I agreed with the rest.

    ORCS

    more hp for wolves, I like it but I don't mind the current HP.

    Good idea for windwalk.

    It's pretty hard to kill a lvl. 10 TC with it's high hp and all. Faster reincarnation would make it even harder. Personally I don't mind the 3 min.

    I agree with both EQ changes, but I'm also happy as it is too.

    make it 8 sec. to BS too.

    IMO all caster aquisition range should be equal.

    Grunts are the worst at tier 1 but (IMO)are the best at tier 3. Will improving their early game make them powerhouses later on?

    Yes with the wyverns.

    Yes to Raider armor, but HP is fine with me.

    Making ensnare auto and against air is seriously wrong for me. First I NEED to choose who gets hit. I use ensnare to stop channelres. (Starfall, D&D, etc.) It would be no different from Web.
    The only change for me it making it undispellable. The cooldown of ensnare is the same as the duration of the ensnared unit ,so that's ok with me.

    I'd prefer it if burrows were Fortified instead.

    Isn't Starfall 240 sec.?

    Searing arrows is it's only spell. [Owls aren't used much, only 1 cast is needed) Arrows are pretty strong as it is, and making her shoot it more would be bad. (IMO)

    Massed Archers protected by tanks , are the ones who do the most damage, not the tanks itself. They're Dirt cheap and the best Anti-air available. More Hp would make them very annoying.

    Like Ein said, Massed Dryads aren't always 100% instant win even if used by the top players.

    For me FF should at least be 50. It's counterpart (IF) needs only 25 mana, plus it does 10% damage. And that's his master training.

    Back when cyclone was 30 sec., I wanted it to be Maintainable, since it wasn't dispellable. Now I use cyclone just to stop Starfall and such. Talons are Dirt cheap anyways.

    UNDEAD
    AD should correspond with resurrection, whatever the change.

    Like Raiders in Beta, Giving the infernal medium armor would be pretty hard to counter. With chaos plus immo, it be harder to counter that than a channel spell.

    I agree to pretty much everything else, but I'm fine as it is too.

    Here are some of mine, yung seryoso.

    Night Elf - Dryads will stay the same, but since they are magic immune, they shouldn't be affected by healing wards as well. Btw, question, yung infernal ba can drink on wells? If not, then Dryads shouldn't be able to, too.

    All casters will have their damage reduced by 2-4.

    dyrads, nah lakas pa rin sila, they should remove slow poison, since support lng tlga dyrads, and alisin auto-abolish....so n00belves can somewhat micro :D:D
    sa human, dapat tlga taasin cooldown ng slow or shorter duration, tsaka dispel ng priest
    finally, a female orc hero :D

    If there's one thing that should be nerfed in Undead, then that would be ghouls. Mass ghouls (esp. with full upgrade and dual aura) usually = gg.

    ma toggle yung ankh of reincarnation to autocast on/off...coz usually the hero dies last in the army and if it gets caught and dies...it just dies again with this item.

    - Insane A.I. no longer doubles the resources returns but has increased the intelligence, by a lot. Beware!
    - WarCraft III compatibility with the WC3-Expansion implemented (In my dreams!)
    - Replays now have "View Lock" mode (like Age of Empires and Age of Mythology)
    - Create a game and pick your replay from the "replay" folder. A replay is always passworded. Up to 11 other people can join your replay game to watch it with you; chat is from the people currently connected to the replay game. Replay files can be transferred to other people automatically (if someone joins your replay game, they get your replay transferred to them via the automatic map/replay download facility), or you can copy your replay files (replays end in .w3g) from your "replay" folder to a desired destination manually.
    - Added a cheat code "leaveusalone" - this will remove all the creeps on the map

    Armor/Weapon Type Changes
    - Splashes, bounces or partial damages no longer affect heavy armored units
    - Heavy Armor now takes 35% from Siege attack (so that Heavy armors now have a benefit).
    - Fortified Armor now takes 25% from Piercing attack and 40% from Normal attack, but still takes 150% from Siege attack (to prevent mass units w/o siege while attacking the buildings)
    - Light Armor now takes 170% damage from Normal attack (Melee>Range, this will encourage a mixture of melee/ranged units to your army)

    FIXES
    - Fixed the Town Hall bug


    Balance Changes

    Humans
    - Devotion Aura has been reworked, it is now percentage based. Devotion Aura will have damage reductions of 5%/10%/15% respectively
    - Brilliance Aura is once again % based but HALF of before 50%/100%/150%. Before it was 100%/200%/300%. The 50%/100%/150% will actually nerf MASS CASTERS but slightly increase the effectiveness for heroes.
    - Gyrocopter cost decreased to 200g/50w, down from 220g/60w
    - Gyrocopter hitpoints increased to 380, up from 350
    - Gyrocopter's air-to-air attack cooldown decreased to 0.9, down from 1
    - Riflemen gold cost reduced to 230, down from 240
    - Riflemen Long Rifles research is now first available at KEEP instead of WORKSHOP
    - Sorceress base damage decreased to 10, down from 12.5. Attack cooldown increased to 2.1 secs, up from 1.75
    - Gryphon Riders hitpoints decreased to 700, down from 750, build time increased to 50 secs, up from 45 secs.
    - Blacksmith gold cost reduced to 200, down from 240 (Because only humans need blacksmith/lumber mill in order to build rifles/towers respectively, other races only need warmill/huntershall/graveyard)
    - Arcane Sanctum lumber cost increased to 90, up from 70
    - Workshop lumber cost decreased to 80, down from 90
    - Cannon Tower cost reduced to 170g/80w, down from 200g/100w
    - Cannon Tower hitpoints increased to 700, up from 600 (We all know that Cannon Towers suck!)

    Orcs
    - Feral Spirit hitpoints changed to 200/350/500, from 200/300/400
    - Windwalk mana cost changed to 90/60/30, from 100/75/25
    - Reincarnation cooldown decreased to 210 secs, down from 240 secs.
    - Earthquake's Area of Effect increased to 30, up from 25.
    - Earthquake's cooldown increased to 120 secs, up from 90 secs.
    - Bladestorm's cooldown decreased to 210, down from 240.
    - Headhunters attack cooldown decreased to 2.2, down from 2.34
    - Grunts Berserker Strength research is now first available at STRONGHOLD instead of FORTRESS
    - Wyvern Rider hitpoints increased to 550, up from 500
    - Witch Doctor attack cooldown increased to 2.34 secs, up from 1.75, base attack damage reduced to 12, down from 13
    - Stasis Trap now requires MASTER TRAINING
    - Stasis Trap stun duration increased to 7 secs, up from 6 secs, It will now only require 9 secs to activate the trap, down from 10 secs.
    - Healing ward only requires ADEPT TRAINING
    - Healing ward is now immune to magic, it can only be physically attacked in order to destoy it. (What's the point of having only 5hp if it is still dispellable and affected by Area of Effect spells? The point of having 5hp is for you to counter it by ATTACKING TO IT!)
    - Bloodlust mana cost reduced to 40, down from 50 (Bloodlust should be cheaper than Slow!)
    - Purge mana cost reduced to 50, down from 75 (How the hell purge mana > dryad's auto-abolish?)
    - Shaman gold cost increased to 160, up from 150
    - Raider's base armor increased to 1, up from 0
    - Ensnare is now an auto-cast spell, but against AIR UNITS only.
    - Ensnare cooldown decreased to 15 secs, down from 20 secs
    - Ensnare is no longer dispellable (because it is a net) but will have a hitpoints of 50. The friendly units will attack the unit's NET to dispell while the enemy units won't be able to attack the net's 50hp
    - Orc Burrow armor increased to 3, up from 2

    Night Elf
    - Priestess of the Moon Scout mana cost changed to 75/50/25, from 100/75/50
    - Priestess of the Moon Scout cooldown increased to 30secs, up from 20
    - Searing Arrows now deal 15/30/45 damage respectively, up from 10/20/30
    - Searing Arrows mana cost reduced to 7, down from 8
    - Entangle Roots damage changed to 10/15/20 damage/sec, from 15/15/15 (to prevent early acolyte entangle rush)
    - Thorns Aura now reflects 15%/25%/35% melee damage, up from 10%/20%/30%
    - Archers hitpoints increased to 280, up form 260
    - Dryads hitpoints reduced to 360, down from 380 (to prevent mass dryads)
    - Dryads attack cooldown increased to 2.2, up from 2
    - Druid of the Claw lumber cost decreased to 70, down from 80
    - Druid Bear Form armor increased to 5, up from 3
    - Roar mana cost reduced to 90, down from 100
    - Bear to Druid form mana cost reduced to 40, down from 50
    - Druid of the Talon attack cooldown increased to 2.2, up from 1.6
    - Faerie fire mana cost reduced to 50, down from 75,
    - Faerie fire duration decreased to 90 secs, down from 120
    - Cyclone mana cost reduced to 120, down from 150
    - Talon to Crow form mana cost reduced to 25, down from 50
    - Crow to Talon form mana cost reduced to 40, down from 50
    - Hippogryph build time decreased to 38 secs, down from 40
    - Chimaera cost changed to 375g/90w, from 390g/70w, build time decreased to 60 secs, down from 65
    - Nature's Blessing upgrade now increases all Ancients attack damage by 10% (AGREE?)
    - Moon Wells will first heal the HITPOINTS of the unit/hero before the MANA

    Undead
    - Animate Dead cooldown decreased to 210 secs, down from 240
    - Infernal changed to Medium Armor
    - Death and Decay no longer affects friendly units
    - Death and Decay damage increased to 5% of base HP/sec
    - Vampiric Aura now gains 15%/25%/35% of attack damage, from 15%/30%/45%
    - Unholy Aura now gains 10%/15%/20% faster movement, from 10%/20%/30%. The hitpoints regeneration remains the same. These will prevent abusive dual aura ghouls.
    - Ghoul gold cost increased to 145, up from 140
    - Crypt Fiend gold cost reduced to 240, down from 250
    - Gargoyles ground attack decreased to 20/22/24/26, down from 22.5/25/27.5/30, ground attack cooldown increased to 2.34, up from 2.2 while air attack cooldown decreased to 1.35, down from 1.4. This is done so that Gargoyles will be very more effective in air-to-air combat by far than air-to-ground.
    - Gargoyles lumber cost increased to 40, up from 30
    - Frost Wyrm's food reduced to 6, down from 7
    - Abomination hitpoints increased to 1100, up from 1080
    - Frost Armor mana cost reduced to 35, down from 40
    - Anti-Magic shell is now undispellable for the first 15 seconds of the duration.
    - Anti-Magic shell is now an autocast spell, duration decreased to 60 secs, down from 90 secs. The auto-cast will be done if the unit is being affected by negative spells such as slow, curse, faerie fire, etc. The auto-cast will serve as undead's form of dispelling negative spells.
    - Banshee base attack damage decreased to 10, down from 13.
    - Banshee attack cooldown increased to 2.1 secs, up from 1.5
    - Banshee's Curse chance to miss increased to 30%, up from 25%
    - Necromancer attack cooldown increased to 2.2 secs, up from 1.8
