KAONG, PEACHES AND LYCHEES IN CREAM

1 can sliced peaches, cubed and drained well.
1-can lychees, quartered and drained well.
¾ cup all purpose cream, refrigerated overnight
¼ cup condensed milk
1/3 cup cashew or pili nuts, toasted
½ cup kaong, drained well.

Mix cream and condensed milk very well with a wire whisk. Add in peaches, lychees, nuts and kaong. Mix again. Refrigerate. Decorate with nuts, cherries and mint sprigs. Serve over ice bath.
