  • I believe I saw that kind of flask in Rustan's. Any Rustan's. Cost is around 1K to 2K.
  • Ayos itong thread na ito ah! Eto naman wishlist ko:

  • Yep! Masubukan nga.. Thanks! :)
  • WHERE TO BUY THIS: I dont know what it is called, it's like champoy or candied sampaloc but it tastes like pineapple.
  • where can i buy the cheapest mozzarella? cheap but still looks good when gratinated?
  • Where can I buy whipped creams and heavy creams? Wala kasi akong makita sa SM supermarket and puregold...puro all-purpose cream lang nakikita ko...:(
  • Meron akong nakikitang presurrized whipped creams sa supermarket (rustans at landmark ata) kaso mahal. At least 150 yung isang bote niyan. Never pa ako nakakita ng heavy cream. May mga nakita akong homemade recipes for both pero hindi ko pa na-try. Itong mga substitutes na ito ay for baking, ibang substitute ata gagamitin mo para sa soup.

    Heavy Cream (1 cup)
    3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled

    Whipped Cream - http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Whipped-Cream/Detail.aspx
Ingredients nito ay heavy cream, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract

Balitaan mo ako kung ok ha! :) hehe

I believe it is called kiamoy.. dried reddish candy?

You can get it at Eng Bee Tin in Binondo, there's also a branch of the store in the mall beside the LRT2 Recto station. :)

Try Unimart in Greenhills. I forgot the brand name.. but the whipping cream costs around P245/1 liter. You will need a cream charger for this.

Now if you want charged whipped cream.. available din siya sa Unimart, but it costs like P350 something.. usually in a cylinder container. :)

Artichoke Hearts - S$R has this in cans.
Vanilla Bean - Actually I'm looking for this din. Yung pod pa siya.
Cheese Cloth - Best place to buy? Bakery stores. Make sure to clean them first.

    @'Muchacho'
S$R has mozarella cheese also, Makati Supermart. If you are looking for fresh mozarella, usually whiter and softer than most mozarella available, then go to Makati Supermart.

I suggest making your own whipped cream. Those available in canisters have so much air na ang bilis mag deflate. Also sobrang daming sugar.

Although you can use granulated, I suggest powdered sugar, mas mabilis ma dissolve and shiny pa din ang outcome.

Whipped cream is simple, a cup of chilled heavy cream, vanilla extract and 1-2tbsp sugar.

You can even make a choco whipped cream. I made this once when I threw a movie-night dinner with friends sa house ko and I used it as a topping for my mocha granita.

Find a good cocoa powder, pref dutch cocoa, then mix it with your chilled heavy cream right before whipping it. Remember to use a fine mesh strainer first to remove any lumps sa cocoa powder. About 1-3tbsp.
