i really don't know about this stuff. there are so many infos about it on the net. we were all shocked when he told us. i just wanna ask Doc or anyone, if u can advise us kung ano dapat naming gawin, kami mga friends niya? have u had friends ba na na-diagnose din ng ganito? how did he deal with his ailment?

I don't really understand what you mean by your query. As a friend, there is really not much you can do but give support. Many rheumatic heart disease patients don't suffer too many symptoms and can live relatively normal lives as long as they follow up regularly with their cardiologist and follow his/her advice.
