GMA 7 will be airing a new show this Saturday at 4 pm titled Wish ko lang
It will be hosted by no other than Bernadette Sembrano.
According to the article Ive read in the Philippine Star today, Wish ko lang is a half-hour feel good television program that will unveil peoples secret dreams and Bernadette will not jusrt just share their heart rending stories with the viewers but will play a modern day godmother who goes around granting peoples wishes.
What do you think about it? I am sure ABS CBN will try to copy this show as always

Also, parang kinopya ang concept sa eat bulaga, yung send in your dreams tuwing christmas nila. sumusulat din ang mga tao tapos binibigyan ng gift.
i am going to check this show out dahil gma fan nga ako, pero i think wala siyang kwenta.

saka its good may ganito show parang make a wish stuff
guys, i think we should give the show a chance before judging it. as a friend of bernadette, i know pinaghirapan niya yung show na ito. gma 7 obviously has a lot of confidence in her abilities. and btw, she's not just into news reporting, she does a lot of human interest stories for the probe team.
Sembrano's show seems to be a good ice breaker.
C'mon, we all deserve a break. And give her a break, too.
Let's see if Noynoy's ex can pull it off.

that idea came from a group of students sa isang kilalang college (not university).
yung teacher nila sa Development Communication (subject) was the one who presented the idea sa executives ng bulok na network (GMA).
yun nga lang, di man lang ni-recognize yung mga students na nag-isip...
i'm sure, malaking pera ang nakuha ng teacher na yun...
and i'm sure, feeling na naman ng GMA e, magaling silang mag-isip ng original shows!

Aleck_Isibro: Nako, kawawa naman yang friends mo. If they have proof, like may kopya sila ng thesis and talagang yung teacher nila ang nagpresent sa GMA, they should sue. They have to be at least given something and malagay ang names nila sa credit.

the one with the old, leprous woman. Lola's wish to see her relatives came true, and boy, did i shed some (but not bucketful of) tears. that was really touching. the tears from lola, the relatives, and even bernadette, gawd, so real.
yun nga lang, i know bernadette plays the fairy godmother in the show, but her choice of clothes is not that appealing and respectable to me. napaka loud ng kanyang fashion statement: attention grabber. nawawala tuloy yung focus ko dun sa substance ng sinasabi nya because of her off-shoulder, cleavage-enticing dress.
i like the show. nice work, GMA.
actually...abs-cbn current affairs department came up with a very similar concept 2 months ago...with karen davila as the host...the concept was a spin off from the popular U.S. program called I LOVE MORRIE. the "suggested" program will be titled "Make a Wish". Nakakapagtaka lang kasi biglang may sumulpot na ganitong program sa Channel 7. It's not the first time na may biglang susulpot na programa sa kabilang istasyon na unang naisip ng taga-dos. i'm telling you, there is a big MOLE in abs...sila ang nag-iisip pero iba ang nakikinabang!
