MTV Philippines announced the 14 candidates aspiring to be the next select pair of MTV VJs who will join the local pool of VJs.

The 14 finalists, selected from thousands of applicants all over the archipelago, are an interesting mix of personalities with diverse backgrounds. They include actress-singer-TV host Antoinette Taus, Greg Martin and Jeff Rodriguez of Power Boys fame, singer and commercial model Aliya Parcs, TV host Reema Chanco, travel agency manager Patricia Benedicto, Marine Corps member Kelly Davis, industrial design student Johan Ekedum, fresh graduate Kym de Guzman, collegiate basketball courtside reporter and graduating college student Patty Laurel, incoming freshman college student Edward Mendez, English tutor and interior architecture graduate Alia Nahas, tennis player Chase Tinio, and exchange student and former Aussie radio host Nino Tupas.

Check out the 14 aspiring VJs and pick out your favorite pair (one guy and one girl), as they appear in major events in the succeeding weeks leading up to the Finals Night to be held in Rockwell Makati on May 16!
