hi peeps! i'm trying to look for cheaper courts because my friends and i usually play at chuts badminton center in proj.7, and it's kinda expensive at P160/ hour.

    where's tivoli?

is it any good in camp aguinaldo? that's near camp crame right?

Tivoli clubhouse is near the Ever Gotesco shopping mall. Let me know if you need really specific directions. My mom plays badminton there every Tuesdays and Thursdays. My only complaint there is that the court is an improvised one on a basketball court, and some of the lines are confusing.

I really hate Chuts' badminton center!!! Its supposed to be a first come first serve basis yet some people take advantage of it by going as groups, then each group member signs up for as long as 4 hours. They end up hogging all the courts and they just switch into the court of their friend when their turn is over. Really pisses me off, and I remember how my mother always gets into arguments with the guy manning the reserve desk.

My favorite place to play badminton is Celebrity Sports Plaza. It has 3 courts. 2 courts are for first come first serve basis, while one court is for phone-in reservations. And no one can hog courts because you can only use the court for an hour. Minute you're done, get lost. If you're late, sorry ka na lang. For members only, but its worth paying membership for.

its been a month now since i decided that i want to take up badminton as my new cardio workout but i havent started yet, probably because i dont have an idea where to go and im still forcing some people to play with me (amateurs ofcourse).
anyway, i think that VVCC is the closest to my place so i want to go there. magkano rate dun? for members only ba dun? what about sa celebrity? please share info. thanks

how about badminton..? meron ba kayong alam kung saan pwedeng matuto? kasi i'm choosing between tennis & badminton eh.. thanks!!

both are excellent choices for fitness and hobby. I for one am more fond of badminton since it builds fast reflex and explosive movements though tennis does have it share in this area but i simply prefer badmin.

where are you from? i think Rizal has training coaches that are more than willing to help for a fee of course...
