Hi Sorry for the rate reply. Guimaras has survive the oil spill, although others may think negative pa rin, but if youre there try the world class mangoes. There are many white sand beaches it's a hidden beauty. Kung may kilala ka doon, pwede nga personal 3 day tour on Iloilo and Guimaras.

Day 1 - Arrival from Manila, enroute to Guimaras beaches (tour mo lahat)
Day 2 - From Guimaras back to Iloilo visit southern Iloilo coastline including the famous Miagao Church, eat on all famous seafood resto and enjoy the nightlife
Day 3 - Visit centuries old churches and delicacy shopping, and back to Manila

Haven't been to many, but these two definitely left a good impression:

ANGUIB BEACH - Santa Ana, Cagayan

    CANIGAO ISLAND - Matalom, Leyte

Meron ako nakitang video ni Bogart sa Pagudpud. Ang ganda, white sand!

If I would rate the white to semi-white beaches I've been to, they will be on the order below from best to not-so-good:

    Malcapuya island in Coron
    Boracay
    White island in Camiguin
    Virgin island in Bohol
    Honda Bay islands
    Secluded islands in Hundred Islands
    Bohol Beach Club in Panglao
    Sta. Cruz island in Zamboanga
    Kaputian beach in Samal island
    Secluded islands in Guimaras
    Marufinas, Puerto Princesa
    Salagdoong beach in Siquijor
    Secluded beach in Corregidor island
    Unnamed beach in Bagac Bataan

Gusto ko sanang isama yung unique beach of Jagnaya, Salcedo, in Eastern Samar with its natural blue swimming pools in rocky shore. Its not a sandy beach, but a class of its own.

If I would factor the crowd and sewage problem of Boracay, baka nasa gitna na lang siya ng listahan ko.

On my bucket list are the beaches of Bantayan island, Malapascua, El Nido, Pagudpud, Cagayan Valley, San Vicente (Palawan), Batanes, Calaguas/Caramoan, Tawi-Tawi, Marine base (Cavite), Potipot (Zambales), etc. for a more comprehensive comparison.
