I've been to Boracay and Palawan a couple of times. If you love to go nature tripping I prefer Palawan, best for Scubba divers! but if you wanna chill and party at the same time go to Boracay...Great night life!!!

the beaches in camotes island, cebu - still pristine with almost zero tourist pollution. the islanders are nice, too.
kung beach resort naman, the plantation bay and shangrila in mactan, cebu.

sembreak was cool...ive been out of town visiting so many places....but wer do u think is the best beach?? kase i been to la union, subic and quezon..i think the best un sa pagdilao quezon.....white sand.....ganda ng waters dun eh!!
the best beaches are in Bicol!
if want someplace na nde tourist spot then Bicol's the place for you (do i sound like a cheap ad yet? hehe)
pero seriously, you could even go island hopping there... we did that last summer
