Sure! Kung may event ka just post it here.

Damn, 'di ko pa rin matapos-tapos ang Vampire Armand. Tagal ko nang naumpisahan ito pero parating nade-delay ang pagbasa. "Tale Of The Body Thief" teased me a lot. It also embellished my outlook in life. =)

    ALTERNATIVES TO SEX= STEPHEN McCAULEY

The bestselling author of The Object of My Affection and True Enough delivers his most compelling adn richly observed novel to date with his portrait of one man's search for the holy trinity of modern life --ture love, good sex and great real estate.

Stephen McCauley's new novel is a moving and hilarious chronicle of life in post-traumatic , morally ambiguous America where the desire to do good is constantly being tripped up by the need to feel good. Right now.

William Collins is a real estate agent working near Boston. Despite a boom market, his sales figures aren't what they should be, due mostly to the distractions of compulsive ironing and housecleaning binges and his penchat for nightly online cruising for hookups -- "less impersonal than old-fashioned anonymous sex because you exchanged fake names with the person."

There's also his sturggle to collect the rent from Kumiko Rothberg, his passive-aggressive tenant, and his worries about his best friend, Edward, a flight attendant he's certainly not in love with.

William has known for soemt iem that his habits are slipping out of control. But he figures that "as long as I acknowledged my behavior was a problem, it wasn't one."

When he finally decides to do something aobut his life, he needs a role model of calm stability. Enter Charlotte O'Malley and Samuel Thompson, wealthy suburbanites looking for the perfect city apartment. "Happy couple", WIlliam writes in his notes. "Maybe I can learn something from them." BUt what he learns challenges his own assumptions about real estate, love, and desire. And what they learn form him might unravel a budding frienship, not to mention a very promising sale.

Full of cracking dialogue deliveredby a stellar ensemble of players. Alternatives To Sex is a social satire at its very best: A smart , sophisticated , and astonishingly funny look at the way we live now.

RUNNING WITH SCISSORS: A MEMOIR - AUGESTEN BURROUGHS

Running with Scissors is the true story of a boy whose mother (a poet with delusions of Anne Sexton) gave him away to be raised by her unorthodox pyschiatirst who bore a striking resemblance to Santa Claus. So at the age of twelve, Burroughts found himself amidst Victorian squalor living with the doctor's bizarre family, and befrirending a pedophile who resided in the backyard shed. The story of an outlaw childhood where rules were unheard of, and the Christmas tree stayed up all year-round, where Valium was consumed like candy and, if things got dull, an electorshock therapy machine could provide entertainment. The funny, harrowing, and bestseLling account of an ordinary boy's survival under the most extraordinary circumstances.

Menage is a good book on a love affair between a homosexual, a bisexual, and a newly-divorced woman. I haven't finished reading it yet but it's really good. It's quite difficult to get a copy of it from the local bookstores though.

MY LIFE IN PORN: THE BOBBY BLAKE STORY - BOBBY BLAKE WITH JOHN R GORDON

My Life in Porn: The Bobby Blake Story charts the adult film superstar's meteoric rise to fame and offers a fascinating, funny and sometimes disturbing insider's portrait of the adult entertainment industry. It is also a story of one man's spiritual struggle, the quest for a meaningful life, for love, and the need for community.

As the most celebrated black gay porn star in the business, Bobby Blake has seen and been through it all. From his roots as a bisexual black male in the Deep South dealing with a troubled mother, criminal brother, an absentee father, and his own life-threatening health problems, to his early experiences in the porn industry where drugs, racism, and other obstacles presented constant challenges, Blake has come through the other side as exactly the man he wants to be.

In his tale of a man who went from preacher to porn star and back into the ministry, of sex workers balancing "normal" romantic relationships, the self-destructive behavior of many of his peers , and more, Blake offers a fresh and unique account of his life and a highly revealtin behind-the-scenes picture of the adult ffilm industry. It is a rough ride at times, but an unquestionably exciting one.

i have one copy of LadLad by Danton Remoto. my uncle once lived with us, but now he rents out a place of his own. naiwan nya yung book sa kwarto nya dati na kwarto ko na ngayon. yung libro, umikot sa buong classroom nung college. in fairness to gay writers, magaling nga sila sa wordplay

i have read the book from the cover to cover, okay naman. one moment masyadong madrama, one moment--steamy!

i'll try to look online if those stories are posted somewhere in the internet, i bet it is.
