    ^Why don't we just hit the gym (or do physical activities that interests us) rather than just relying on supplements and doubt its effectivity. Tell you what, even if we use Supplements, drink those L-Carnatine promised by Fit and Right, if we don't change our lifestyle (i.e. increasing physical activities) then yes, nothing will change.

    hi guys... i came across this site, hoefully this will help me motivate to lose weight.. desperately need to take off an extra 50lbs... active ako sa gym, at first maganda result from 86kgs down to 76 then now 90 na.. need your help, sana we can help each other... walking *** ako ng 30 mins, i tried to avoid rice.. ok *** ba to take oats and cereal with skimmed milk? kung may tip *** advise me ha.. juicing? i-research ko yan.. thanks for the space..

    how effective is circuit training?

    I lost weight through crash diet back when I was in HS, nun nag-college and work nag gain na ako ng weight. I am trying to shed off some pounds before my birthday, sabi ng officemate ko okay daw ang circuit training... totoo ba yun??

    If done right, yes.

    the problem with how most circuits are done is the weights are too light or they just hope from one machine to the other

    only thing na di ko naman maiwasan is sodas and junk food..have no time para mag gym pero once a day lang ako mageat and cup of rice lang..anything you can share po??

    Oh no, not eating anything shouldn't be the answer to weight loss. Try eating frequently and in small proportions. I tried supplements such as A!life Control and C-lium, they help me and my friends in our ultimate goal last summer - having the beach body!

    i must tell you, starvation is a big NO NO!

    I agree. Starvation diet is just wrong. It slows down your metabolism and guarantees a quick rebound once you start eating normally. The best way to have lasting weight loss is a change in your lifestyle --- you need to have proper eating habits and exercise. No time to hit the gym? Maybe you can try brisk walking. or if you are going up or down 4 floors, try the stairs instead of taking the elevator. the key really is to speed up your metabolism. If you have a good resting metabolic rate, then your body can burn fat even while your sleeping.
    There are also good supplements out there already that can help activate your fat burning enzymes. A friend of mine have to lose weight because he has high cholesterol and is on the verge of hypertension. However, he can't exercise because he has a slipped disc. What he did was join a fitness detox program that involves coaching to change his eating habits and includes use of supplements that block fat, inhibit fat storage, help build muscle, and help burn fat. The great thing here is that he continued losing weight even after the program.

    You see, building muscle to speed up your metabolism is key, and starvation simply won't do that for you. Also, it is important to watch out what you are losing to lose weight --- if you are only losing muscle, water, and bone density, you may lose weight in the short term, but don't throw away your max size clothes yet since you're in for a serious rebound.

    A friend of mine enrolled and she lost weight. One month palang sya sa program but noticeable na talaga nalose niya. She doesnt do exercise, eat lang. But eat the right meal.

    get used to the routine po siguro then if your way past that, pakirmdman mo ang pulso mo if your heart beat is racing then your doing it right. not to the point na nag pa palpitate kana. and sir blake is right kung wala ka din naman na memeet na resistance or petiks lang *** yung bawat station na ginagawa mo halos same lang din na parang nag cardio ka ng low intensity,

    I've checked my BMI and it shows that its normal weight. I'm 5"8 and weights 145 pounds. Problema ko is medyo malaki ang tsan ko. I do not go to the gym pero "MINSAN" nag jo-jogging kami ni misis dito sa village. Paano ba paliitin ang tsan and to build muscles? Thanks!

    from 68kg to 60kg in 4 months..

    5-6 small portion meals every day, no softdrinks, and added biking on my routine during weekends.
