    I ate Toast with some strawberry jam every morning and a cup of orange juice. And ate snacks like salad with salt,oil and vinager (dressing) and air popcorn. Mostly all types of fruits and veggies i liked but kept drinking orange juice throughout the day i also has 2 cups of fat free (skim) milk throughout the day.

    For my excersise whe i get back from somewhere i usually walk about a mile (all together) and then drink lots of water when i get back home. When i watch TV i usually jump rope and do some little excersises (like crunches,sit ups, and some yoga tecniques) That helped me lose about 2-3 pounds each week. I weighed 155 now i weight 141 and still going. ^^ Hope that helps

    It wasnt hard to keep it off because when i went shopping i wouldn't buy any junk food. If i did though i'd only buy like one small box or bag for the whole month and made it last.
    My mood has also been better because i could talk to some of my friends or write in my journal about the plan i had and they also helped me. I say try to write your thoughts down too about yourself also.

    me, i use a combination of HCG and blood type diet. started march5 at 181.02lbs. losing more or less 1lb a day. i am currently at 173lbs n lang. ^^ happy!

    no prob na ako sa cardio kasi tumatakbo naman ako (every Sunday - CCP-roxas blvd-moa area, at any day on a weekday morning). hirpa lang talaga ako sa food - dahil mahilig ako sa lechon kawali, bagnet at liempo. di pa rin enuf ang running lang to lose weight. sigh. salamat sa mga input ... they really help - a lot!

    Hey everyone!

    Matagal ko na gusto mag lose ng weight, kaso I don't know where to start. I'm 25yrs old, female and lampas na sa overweight :'(

    I eat a lot of food and with very little exercise. (I know, this is wrong!) Di ko kasi mapigilan kumain. Any tips pano mapigilan food cravings?

    I also plan to invest in buying an equipment para sa bahay na lang magworkout. What's the best equipment should i buy for losing weight?

    Sana it's not yet late for me to lose weight. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

    lost between 10-15 pounds in a month by not eating rice / pasta and eating small meals 6x / day. and circuit training at least 30 mins a day. I take Immuvit for more energy para more effective workout at hindi petiks.

    my food basically is a combination of the following:

    oatmeal, peanut butter sandwich (1Tbsp lang + 1 slice of wheat bread), apples, bananas, grilled fish, carrots, lots of water (no softdrinks, iced tea, milk tea, etc puro sugar lang yun)

    Hi sis, nanganak din ako August 2010. After ko manganak lumobo talaga ako hanggang 140 pounds. Sobrang hilig ko kasi sweets and ayun sobra talaga ako kumain kaya ayun lumobo talaga ako. But then i got tired of everything. Sobrang low ng self esteem ko. Kaya I decided na kailangan kong magpapayat. Nagpa-train ako. Kase nasubukan ko na din mag gym pero tatamarin ka talaga. Kailangan ko ng magmomotivate sa akin and sobrang thankful ako na nagpa-train ako. Last february i achieved my ideal weight, from 140 naging 114lbs ako after 8 months. Now 120 lbs na ako ulit pero sinabi ko sa sarili ko na hanggang dito na lang at hindi na dapat ako lalagpas ng 120lbs. Kaya nageexercise talaga ako para mamaintain yung pinaghirapan ko. I do cardio exercises and trx. paminsan nagfa fun run.

    I was 205 pounds and lost 20 pounds in 1 month. I removed rice from my meals and changed it to kamote. Also ate fruits for snacks or dessert and ate oatmeal for breakfast. Also did some home exercise and jogged when I have the time. I believe that in order to really lose weight, you have to watch what you eat and try to exercise as much as you can. Count the calories that you intake and make sure that the bigger part of your meal is on carbs and protein and not fat.

    After Christmas 2011, balak ko talaga na mag bawas ng timbang. Ang pangit na kasi tingnan sa picture ng tummy ko. Haha. Kaya hayun, todo kain nung new year kasi I made a promise to myself na magdiet and exercise na after New Yr.

    I started my exercise and diet program first week of January 2011. My weight then was 175 lbs, BMI: 28, Waist: 38. I started to walk for 30 mins and then 1 cup of rice nalang. On the 2nd week, hayun wheat bread nalang, meat and vegetables. On the third week, no bread na and meat or ibang protein and vegetables.

    By Feb 1st week, 162 lbs nalang ako. I would do 40 mins of walking na rin and same diet pa rin. By end of February, I would 20 situps on top of 40 mins walking. First week of March, I checked and I weighed 154 nalang, BMI: 23, Waist: 35.

    Last thursday, I checked my weight and I'm down to 150 lbs, BMI: 25. My waistline is now 34. All in all, 2 months time, I lost 30 lbs and napaliit ko din dyan ko. (38 waistline-navel area to 34).

    Iwas mataba food lang talaga, fried foods, low-carbohydrate, and bawas sa sodium (salt, MSG, ginisa mix and the like hehe). Since January din, hindi pa ata lalagpas sa 5 beses ako nag softdrinks and hindi na rin ako masyado ng ma-McDO, siguro mga 6-8 times pa lang since January ako ng fastfood. Lastly, I think cardio should be paired with situps or strength training for best results, specially for those who want to lose love handles and belly fat.

    its funny how people say i became smaller (waist, legs, arms, face) but in reality i have not lost weight. i have maintained it to a stable 100lbs. the reason this happened was because my fat cells decreased and my muscle cells increased. Thanks to exercising and proper diet.

    the exercise i do is BodyRock and Zwow and then i incorporate yoga from a DVD. i did all this at home without any gym membership fees. its amazing. but ofcourse diet plays a very big role. I havent eaten rice for 4 mos.
