pareho tayo, heavy tighs din ako, baka mas heavy pa sayo. Naiipit nga halos tong sa gitna ko pag tumatakbo sa treadmill, pero i've been trying to lose weight so papunta nako sa pagbabawas.

master cleanse. its aim isnt really to lose weight but to remove toxins inside our body. losing weight is an added bonus.

it is risky so it's not recommended for all... but to those who endured it, a change of lifestyle awaited --- just like in my case.

i finished the 10-day program, i lost 15 lbs and 4 inches of my waistline.

once i was done with master cleanse, i kept a "fruits and veggies only" diet... pero weekends are my cheat days. i lost another 4 lbs and another inch of waistline coz of this.

baka hindi ko na ulitin yung master cleanse pero tuloy-tuloy na yung bagong eating habits and lifestyle ko.

mostly exercise driven talaga ang weight loss ko. mga 4-5 times a week. i started going to the gym again (after an absence of over 5 years) in late september last year. medyo busy na ngayon so tigil na muna ako sa gym. in lieu of that, i took up running as a hobby (every morning, 4-5 times week).

diet, not so much. it's really simple for me. i keep everything in moderation. i try not to eat too much rice. i don't make it a habit to snack on stuff like cream cheese-filled oreos. pwede namang kumain ng ganun. and nagluluto pa rin ako ng mga ulam like bulalo, callos, caldereta, etc. wag lang araw-arawin. and stress eater kasi ako. so lagi akong bumibili ng fruits para yun na lang ang isa-snack ko.

so far i've lost 27 pounds. sa wakas nasusuot ko na rin yung skinny jeans ko from 2 years ago na never naman nagkasya until now.

Im on a diet also, i tried not to eat rice and bread just like what you did, I agree na nakakapanghina nga and madalas ang headache at pagkahilo.

    When did you stop it?
Before I took a!life Control and the no carb diet, I was about 129lbs. After a month, I weighed in at 122lbs; lost 7lbs. I think I could have lost more if I was consistent with my diet. But, it really was hard to not eat carbs As i said, i'm trying to maintain the weight since I'm now going to the gym. My goal is to reach 115lbs!

But I do have my cheat days. Tapos, nagstart na din ako dun sa Fitnesse 14 day program. I think it's working naman, siguro dahil sa fiber, and I also take C-lium every now and then, and less rice.
I take C-lium every morning before breakfast By lunch, I'm full! So, konti lang kinakain ko in the afternoon also. Snacking problem = Solved!

-Through Working out like Lifting,Cardio(Hiit,Tabata) stationary bike while watching my favorite movies

    -Also through proper diet(more protein,less carbs,and healthy fats) )

-i also tried some diet pills like Oxyelite pro, effective naman siya it's not a magic pill or something, just to speed up and help you lose fat more,

mga ano best fruit para sa mga nagbabawas ng body fat?

    banana? apple?

*** tipong pwde mo ipangsnack pag nagugutom ka para lang malagyan yung tyan..

    thanks!

  16. #396
^mmm yea apples are low on calories and can fill you up quick

  17. #397
    ^thanks sir!

additional question na din po.. if may little amount of fat ba sa chest and winorkout ko yun mas lalo magiging mukang may fat? I mean mas magmumukang mataba and not lean?

    OR

do i need to hit the cardio more than doing bench presses or any other chest exercises?

  18. #398
^dont stop bench pressing, nah you dont need to hit the cardio more than bench pressing.

unti unti rin mawawla taba sa chest mo pag tama ang diet mo, then yung pinaghihirapan mo sa bench press unti unti ring lilitaw

  19. #399
